The food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful! Their dishes are perfectly balanced ratios of meats to vegetables, whether it’s shrimp/ steak/ beef/ chicken. Flavors are just right. Service was amazing! I saw how fast they worked as a team to do orders at the window, in person, and online orders. They work very hard to keep everything clean, as they are incredibly busy. I definitely recommend this location. Very positive experience here!

Had to wait quite a long time before they started taking my order. I was actually turning to leave at the exact moment that the young lady asked me what I would like. This was in store, not drive-thru.

We ordered online for an in store pick up, by the time I get to the store to pick up the meal they then tell me that one of the entrees we ordered and paid for is something that they do not have which nothing was said before I got there to pick up the food. Once I was in the store no one greeted the person in the line along with me for 5 minutes, then they tell me that the order I placed on line for a pick up at 12 was not ready and they need more time. What is the point in ordering online if the food isn’t going to be ready by the selected time for pick up. Never again coming here horrible service.

I go to Panda express all over and this one is unfriendly. The lady who is always at the serving line here likes to give you a takeout order with no silverware. It’s takeout! I’ve been a mile down the road with chow mein or rice and realized she is amused by letting you leave without a fork. Everybody at the drive-thru behind her is getting a fork in their bag, but she acts like she can’t just reach down and get a pack. Every other Panda Express I go to automatically puts a fork and napkin pack on top of the to-go box in the bag. The other line servers here, before her, never did this. They just gave you what you’re supposed to have when you order takeout. Yesterday, I ate at a different Panda Express in Conroe near loop 336 and guess what, they knew to put a fork in the takeout bag, without me even having to ask for the obvious necessity. Imagine that courtesy and convenience! Not to mention Conroe Panda has so much help and they are actually friendly.

Very dissatisfied with the value. Order the Family Feast to-go for $32 plus tax and received partially filled containers. Usually they would be filled to the brim. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

These meats portions are ridiculous ! I ordered their “walnut and shrimp” bowl and this is what I received. If I’m paying and up charge for premium entries than I expect a reasonable amount of food. not 7 pcs of shrimp, No walnuts by the way. THIS IS A SCAM!

The mules especially the plates are reasonably sized for the price. The place is clean if rather devoid of warmth. The staff has always been polite every time I’ve either been through the drive-up or eate inside or outside.. my favorite dish is the crispy walnut shrimp
