I was helped by the nicest dude at the drive through. I read his nametag but totally forgot his name. I was there around 4:00pm and ordered three plates. Not gonna lie, I’ve had some rude experiences at this Panda, but this guy today was on point. He got my order right and made sure I had all my food the way I wanted. I thought he really cared for me to have a good experience and he looked so happy! I wish I remembered his name because this young man is an asset to this Panda Express location.

Staff seems nice. Bathrooms need a bit of help but nit horrible. I will say they almost NEVER have STRING BEAN and Chicken. Seriously like 4 out of 5 times nothing. Im usually in a rush so i cant just “wait” for the order. Do people in the area just not order it? I always have to wait to get it. Cook to order ain’t fast. Kitchen staff slightly bad attitude. It was slow but seemed like a hassle to order the one thing they didn’t have. Besides that it’s not a bad location just needs a little fine tuning I think. Alicia is super nice though. Good smile. Kind. Thanks yall. I’ll update again soon. One of the guys is funny though. I’ll keep coming back.

First trip to this location. At 1pm on a Saturday. The selection was extremely limited. Small portions of entrees dried out. Lots of rice and noodles and one dish of vegetables (non Asian broccoli and cabbage). No flavor/ seasonings on any of it. The stoves had a couple stacks of dirty woks. No one cooking to replenish the entrees. Extremely disappointed. Will not go back to this location.

Starting to think they’re hit or miss. The last time we went everything was perfect. This time the rice tasted plain and the orange chicken sause was not right. The chicken teriyaki was ok. The pepper Angus steak was AMAZING!!!!!

Placed an order in drive through, was told ragoons would take 2-3 minutes to be done, after waiting 8 minutes in line was told to pull to the front and they would bring it out, 20 minutes later they come out to tell me they forgot about my order along with what my order included so handed over the receipt and they had to completely remake it all so after 40 minutes for a trip that normally takes 5 I finally get my food, would highly recommend no one ever going back to this location with this staff!!

Unfortunately I have to give this place a star when they deserve 0 stars. Service was terrible. Food is bland no flavor whatsoever. Food quality is ridiculous. Size of portions are way too small for what they charge. Rather go to the buffet that is around the corner.

Panda is my favorite restaurant and I always enjoy it 100% but this time I must say that it was less than anticipated. I ordered the bigger plate (3 entrées): angus steak, sweet fire & orange chicken with half chow mein/fried rice with cheese ragoons. The whole plate was warm not hot. Angus had little flavor. Orange chicken was a bit slimy not crunchy. Sweet fire was also warm and mushy. Not fresh… . The restaurant was clean and tidy. Antonio was my cashier and he was very courteous and with a smile.

I usually always order from this place and it was never an issue. However, just today, I ordered 1 plate of almond chicken/honey shrimp/kongpao chicken online and had delivered to me on DoorDash. However i notice that there was a mental wire on top the chicken. It was gross. The rice was soggy, wet and tasted very old too. The shrimp had a very fishy after taste and was covered with a layer of thick, soggy, grainy batter.
