When you go in late before closing you are always taking a gamble. Well this evening Panda Express not only had an amazing team. They provided some very tasty food and all fresh without blinking an eye or loosing their contagious smile. Each member of the team worked well with the others and each one that assisted had such a welcoming smile. Well done! Highly recommend!!!!

The food was reasonably good. The service was abhorrent. As I’m ordering the food, I ask, what time do you close? The employee says 9. Yet, after I order my food, and they hand it to me, and I sit down, I’m advised that the dining room closes at 8:30.

Once again Panda Express disappoints. The rudest, most obnoxious staff. Ordered ahead, showed up 20 minutes after the order was placed, was told they were making chow mein for the order and it would be 10 more minutes. When the chow mein was ready they began plating, great. Then, to their utter amazement, there were also spring rolls on the order so, more waiting while they cook more. (The restaurant was practically empty, so they don’t even have the “we’re so busy” excuse)

This place sucks. I placed an order for delivery through their app. The order was canceled 30 mins after I placed the order. I called the store and they said door dash canceled the order and I needed to call them. I was on the phone with door dash for an hour only to find out that the order was canceled because the store never confirmed that they recieved the order. I lost my rewards points and over an hour of my time. I will never go back to Panda Express. They are a rip off and a joke. Don’t offer delivery if you are not going to follow through with the process.. and BTW I want my rewards points back PLUS SOME for your company’s negligence. What a joke.

Okay, I returned, thinking I’d get the same awesome service I got last time, but NO! Had me waiting at least 7 minutes and not being acknowledged, when asked to be helped, they still made me wait and gave me the excuse that they were only 2 people in the front of the house, not friendly at all! I was just cashed out, no interaction, very unpleasant, I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER INSIDE, manager, check your cameras, I left at 3:37pm, Monday 3/13/2023

This place does not care. I’ve tried 3 times now, and I have never gotten good customer service, food, and even food each time. When I say I didn’t get food, I mean they took my money and told me I had to wait for it to be cooked. I inquired 10 minutes later, they said whoops, I sat again for 10 minutes. I overhear the guy give the next customer stuff for free “for waiting” then he sees us, and scrambles to finally get our food. Didn’t even apologize.

Unreal service. The wait was ridiculous, they claimed to be out of nearly everything we ordered, and when we finally (after thirty minutes) said something about the wait, the children working there took turns making snarky comments. This restaurant doesn’t belong in our town; just ruining everyone’s evening.
