I used to love this place but not anymore, every time I go the portions get smaller and smaller even though the prices are higher, now I buy a bigger plate witch is and extra little tiny box of food on the side but even that one they give it to you half empty and when I ask the lady who was helping me ( she is Asian by the way and not very friendly ) she said that that’s the way it is. It was supposed to be the green bean chicken, but it had no chicken, just the green beans and a bunch of onions.

My sons are very picky eaters but the orange chicken is to die for an at first I couldn’t look past there chowmein but it’s sometimey the friend rice is gonna hit everytime! Add a little soy and I do mean a little and it will explode in that much flavor and blend with the sweetness of the chicken! The new Sizzling Shrimp has a little kick to it but it’s worth every vegetable bite and you honestly feel healthy eating it lol even though you just can’t wait for the shrimp piece! I am a very very family meal eater if nothing fails a family meal super greens friend rice and triple orange will set the precedent of a good night‼️

My son and i stopped by for dinner. He had the orange chicken bowl and I had the KungPao chicken, both with fried rice. It was delicious as expected and temperature of the food was perfect. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. 4 stars because I wanted to sample a new chicken they have and was told they weren’t giving taste samples.

For Labor Day we decided to want to eat Chinese we went to the drive through from this place and I was not sure what to order but the girl who was taking the order was rude and was rushing us and I got upset because that’s is not the way you supposed to treat customers.

At the Sunday evening dinner hour, the Restaurant was relatively busy especially in the drive through. Service inside was prompt and friendly; the menu choices were all available (no empty spaces); and in spite of current heatwave and significant westside exposure, the Restaurant inside was comfortable, though for Sunday evening dinner, folks were going home to dine and spend the evening getting ready for Monday work and school.

This place just gets worse every time I decide to go. My daughter wanted Panda and so, I gave my order and asked for condiments… get home and it’s all wrong… drive thru guy sucked with his attempt at customer service and the food was overly dry and a waste of $40… done with this place

I attempted to use a reward offer and was told it was expired. I showed the cashier that it wasn’t expired. She said her manager told her over the phone that I had to call cooperate. They didn’t honor the offer and provided no resolution. Went to ChicFilA and got great service! Smh!

Service Staff did not exhibit any customer service toward dining room guests/in-store orders. All were talking to the Drive Thru while preparing online and Drive Thru orders– not batting an eye to the indoor guests. Once they finally had enough free time, we were rushed through. Dining room is also not stocked.

The attitude of the girl in the drive thru today! I couldn’t even speak before getting cut off each time. Then when I got to the window… no greeting, just my total, and she took my card. She never made eye contact. I asked several times to include soy sauce. She never even acknowledged I was speaking to her, but put 4 packets in the bag. I was going to ask for sweet and sour for my egg roll, but I figured that would have been WAY TOO MUCH TO ASK. I couldn’t see her name either because she closed the window during interaction with me. I visited on 4/13/23 at the location on 1960 and Eldridge at around 3:15pm-3:30pm.
