Another delicious stop at this panda location! I stop in twice a week while working and sometimes for dinner. I’ve tried two other locations and the service and staff just don’t hold up to the cross roads location! Plus, the honey sesame chicken is always the best here!

I have been a regular customer at Panda Express in Cross Roads for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been good. The restaurant offers a convenient and quick option for Chinese fast food, and their dishes usually satisfy my cravings. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the quality and taste of the food on occasion.

Skip this location. There’s other options around. We live nearby and love panda, but this place isn’t up to standards. They never have what you want.

This was the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had. The orange chicken was inedibly salty and there was nothing orange about it, the rice was undercooked and old, and the chow mein was weirdly cold (almost as if some of it came out of a refrigerator??) with no seasoning. The only thing I could eat out of everything I ordered was the honey walnut shrimp. I also had a coworker that had food poisoning after eating at this location about 3 months ago. I’ll never eat here again.

I showed up during lunch time to grab a plate of food only to find most of their popular items have completely run out. Keep in mind this restaurant wasn’t really busy and Instead of getting an apology for the inconvenience; I got an Attitude from the lady preparing my plate and over heard the cook in the back complaining yelling out profanity, all while the manager is witnessing everything not saying a word by the cash register. I’ve never felt more disrespected, I recommend you stay away from this location, because the work staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.

Consistently poor service at this location. They’re constantly out of main menu items and they’ll say that they’ll bring it out to you when ready, but instead serve it to other customers in line that ordered after you. It doesn’t seem that there’s a system in place for tracking unfulfilled/backlog orders. And/or poor timing of food preparation. We’ve come on several occasions when our first three order requests were all out of stock.

Stopped in during a buy 1, get 1 promotion and it was packed but Maria who was serving most folks handled the pressure professionally and had people moving swiftly.

Took almost 45 minutes to get what was described on the app as grilled teriyaki chicken, but turned out to be un-sauced grilled chicken on stale rice. I was really hungry so I started eating, but about halfway in I started getting horrible heartburn and could barely keep the meager food I had managed to eat down. Stay away unless you enjoy a good but of gastrointestinal distress.

1st time at this location, and probably the last. There were more employees (7) than customers (4) at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday. More than half the tables were soiled, making it difficult to sit down. After ordering, the attendant packaged my order to go without asking if I was dining in, which I was. She basically put my order, that she packaged to go on a tray and gave it to me. I’ve never had a negative experience at PE before, so this occasion was very disappointing.

Just went and ordered two bowls some crab Rangoons and two refreshers. When we were handed the drinks it was 90% ice. I took out most of the ice and there was little to even drink, I nicely asked the lady who brought out our food if she could remake the drink just with less ice, she said we had to pay for a whole new drink. I shouldn’t have to pay someone to remake a drink they messed up in the first place. > just got home to the wrong food.. I ordered bejing beef and got orange chicken, we weren’t given forks or anything either…. I opened my bowl and found what looks like cook plastic!!
