I used the drive-thru so I can’t add stars for atmosphere but I had a great experience. This is the only spot where I can get veggies and not get out of my car, love that. Sometimes they are not ready when I arrive. I’ve had some Panda locations refuse to cook me vegetables, but not this one. I did have to wait in the parking lot but that was okay, I got what I wanted and the food was so fresh and not just the vegetables! I ordered half noodles half super greens, the new shrimp (I forgot what it’s called but it’s delicious) and the Angus steak with mushrooms. It was a beautiful meal (2) and I tried the Rangoon for the first time, they were good as well I just didn’t get a picture of that. Definitely will recommend this location.

Love panda but so incredibly frustrated that you have to ask for the TERIYAKI SAUCE when you order chicken TERIYAKI. Then to add to this, when I asked for the sauce, I didn’t receive it and had to go back. This happens consistently! Pay attention please, we want what we pay for.

Many things were bad this visit. Rice was clumpy and didn’t have enough soy sauce. I asked for soy sauce as well at the window and was given none. Cashier spilled both of my drinks while making them. She also only put one straw in the bag. There was a hair in my rice and orange chicken was unusually spicy. I don’t typically write reviews but this makes me not want to visit this location again.

Got there at 9:30pm & tried to order through the drive thru… only to be told they were out of beef, orange chicken, walnut shrimp, etc, etc, etc – Ridiculous the place closes at 10. If you’re not gonna have it, then close your restaurant down, so I can spend my time driving somewhere else before they close !

Horrible!!! They dont give you but like 2 pieces of meat and the food is flavorless and dry looking maybe left overs please don’t come here this place needs new employees Ive had Panda before this location isn’t it as you can see they just opened and have 2 stars. Portions are so small in bowls wouldn’t even go up to the first line on top of bowl, chow mein was so minimal almost the same portion as the cub meal (kids). It was filled with big chunks of cabbage.

Had came in today for some lunch. We ordered and then the food was really stale as if it was sitting for a minute. It was orange chicken at the bottom of the pot so that is maybe why? Anyways we went to Nancy the manager that was working and asked if we can get it swap but she had the rudest attitude as if it was a burden for her to swap that chicken. If you are working for retail and especially a manager you need to understand that you are going to encounter a lot of people and a lot of different personalities. If you can’t accept that then maybe the job is not for you. Hopefully the higher ups/GM do get her in proper training because in no way is that acceptable.
