We use the app religiously to earn the rewards. We upgraded my brothers plate from a bowl to a plate with one of our reward redemptions, but he still received the bowl and a tiny entree instead of the plate we redeemed online.

Late in the afternoon, places a little busy. Places needed to be cleaned up a bit, wet floors and tables needed to be wiped down. Drink area needed to be cleaned and organized. Service was good, friendly staff and helpful. Food served fresh and hot.

Kind of average dining experience. Food was nothing to get excited about, but wasn’t bad. Cleaning needed to be done, tables needed to be wiped down. Both garbage cans were overflowing and we were unable to dispose of our trash before leaving. Left on serving tray in garbage area.

They start closing 2 hrs early than when they are supposed to and encourage people to get food they don’t want because they don’t want to make it. I got there 1 hr 30 min before closing and half the food I wanted wasn’t available because “they are about to close .” Like??????? I’ve never heard of such a thing

Please fix your drive thru screen. Tried to order 4 plates (2 entree one side each) and instead ended up with 2 plates because the drive thru screen is broken there is no way to tell if the cashier got your order right until you have your food.

Their food is usually great, but it was very dry everything was dry. The veggies were very old like if they were from yesterday. The chicken didn’t have no taste & dry. The shrimp was burned and hard!! I was very disappointed today !! My kids could eat their meal we had to throw it all away..

I’ve never NOT finished Panda Express, I love the food usually. I try not to be too strict on food places, but my shrimp was mushy and the orange chicken tasted like anything but orange chicken. Thankfully this is not my local Panda Express.
