We were served inedible overcooked, dry rice. We made the manager aware immediately and still waited over 15 minutes before more rice was available for PURCHASE! When challenged on the purchase of replacement rice, I was asked to return the old rice first. This required me to scrape it out from under our now cold entrees, return to the counter with the nasty rice only to obtain a single scoop in tiny take out box. The manager was very rude and failed to rectify the situation. Bad food, bad service, bad management. Worst panda experience I’ve ever had and that includes the Denver airport!

Terrible experience at this location. My wife asked for a bow,l and on the entrée, she was told she could only have 5 shrimp by the attendant. First time ever at a Panda Express, where we are usually served a good portion of everything. Not at this location. My food was cold, and again served on a plane plate, and limited portions. Table was dirty and no one around to clean up. First and last time visiting this location. Definitely NOT recommended.

Update…. it’s okay. I tried this place a year ago hoping things would change. The food is okay not good or bad. The place is clean. The prices are a little much. Almost 30 for 2 people, that’s doesn’t live up to a quality and value check.

Very rude customer service from Gabriel. I said I had never ate here and needed a minute to look at the menu. He told me I should probably look at the food and not the menu. Very rude. Everything else was great besides the drink area being very dirty

I really like this location . It’s always clean the food is always hot and the employees are very friendly. My only complaint is the fact that pandas quit carrying the mandarin sauce that came in the blue packages . I really liked the way it tasted on my food. I wish they would get that back .

Had not been for a while because of cvd. So pleasantly surprised. Even better than I remembered. I have judged on taste not ingredients. I hope they will be as diligent to keep the unseen ingredients as healthy as it all appears because these days people want pure foods that are healthy with healthy oils not cheap substitutes etc or taste enhancers. We can have a better world if everyone does their part. The food industry and pharma have a LONG way to go.
