I went here on 7/14 and had the police called on me due to me not being satisfied with the service provided by manager Victor and Adrianna, I don’t understand how Victor is at work cooking food while on his personal cell phone! Luckily I got in contact with the district manager and she authorized them to give me my food for free and I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. Thanks for your horrible service Victor and Adrianna I’m sure your reign here will not last long.

Got to the place at 5 minutes to 8:50 pm the cook was washing down the walls you had two servers taking orders but there was very little left to serve anyway the lady at the beginning of the line had to keep switching her order due to they were out of most of the food I checked to see what time the place close which was 9:30 pm I understood that it was close to closing time but this place had a line and if they knew they weren’t cooking anything after 8:45 that should be told on their website and once you walk in to the place a few people left there disappointed and it wasn’t 9:30

Food was good. Although, the food might sometimes feels mildly warm, it’s pretty warm most of the time, that’s one thing they gotta work on, but it still tastes great. They do serve a good amount of everything onto your plate. One thing you definitely should do is make it clear on what you want and make sure they got it and give it to you, like sauces or extras. The workers sometimes don’t pay attention on what they’re serving or what they need to serve. One more thing. I would definitely not recommend ordering online. They will definitely forget something.

I ordered my food through the app and in a dedicated section they have an option for sauces. Not only did they not give me what I selected they gave me the wrong sauce. I have always held Panda express as my favorite fast food place. But I need soy sauce with my rice period the end. I hope in the future I won’t have to remind them to do their job properly.

07/01/22: I live in the part of town that doesn’t have much of a real, authentic Asian food experience. Panda Express serves its purpose of American Chinese food. Don’t expect a high bar or true blue Chinese food. It’s not bad. Service is fast and fairly friendly.

I love pandas express usually go to the one in Garland on Centerville Rd. But was in Mesquite that day daughter was hungry. I paid for mine and daughter’s boyfriend paid for their’s. I always get the chicken Teriyaki with fried rice and Chow mine.
