Very upset we ordered 5 meals and they didn’t get our orders right. It was drive thru. Of course we didn’t notice until we got home. I called to let them know how angry I was but of course no one answered. I tried calling several times. That’s so frustrating because panda expresses is like 20 minutes away from my home I couldn’t see myself driving back during traffic. So, Please check your order before you drive off.

I drove with my wife to get family meal. Ordered from Brian on drive through chow mein and fried rice and two orange chicken and one Beijing beef and additional large chow mein. We have been ordering this for years. Pull up to pay and pick up and I noticed on receipt there was no additional charge for chow mein so I asked lady (in picture on left side) why there is no charge for chow mein and she said it’s there in the bag it’s included with family meal same price on family meal for extra chow mein. Got home and opened boxes and noticed it is only 5 boxes and one orange chicken is missing so I called the panda number on receipt and told them that I was just there and one orange chicken is missing from my family meal and explained over the phone that I ordered family meal and additional chow mein. He told me he will prepare one more order of it and to come over. As I arrived to the restaurant lady that gave me the bag first time started telling that she personally packed the food and my whole order was there all 5 boxes. Then started telling me bring all 5 boxes back. I said I ordered 2 or. ch. 1 bei. beef 2 chow mein and fried rice and I came back after calling the restaurant that I am missing orange chicken. Then she left and talked to manager (in mid picture).manager started saying same thing ( I don’t know what she was told) bring all 5 boxes back here . I told that is not what I was told over the phone and I didn’t bring them if she wants me to do that than I want whole refund and I will never come back here. Then she changed her attitude and said I can give you box of orange chicken for full price of chow mein and I told her that is fine because that is what I wanted I first place and I paid $5.8+ and left. Really disappointed on miscommunication and misunderstanding and lack of customer service training in this place. Finally got what I wanted and ordered but had to leave family on the table to come back twice and finally get what my kids wanted to eat for dinner. I must say service is zero and I will not come back there again. Hope you get all the needed training if you continue working there.

Service was a bit slow considering only four total guests in-house needing to be served and two in the drive-thru. Although the food was tasty, it was quite cold. The store had only been open for about ten minutes. Perhaps they were just having an off day; I certainly have had “those” days, too. I’ve not visited this location outside of this one time. Tables and bathrooms were clean.

Ordered a family meal online to be picked up at 8:30 (an hour before close). When I arrived to pick up the order, the young lady informed us that they did not have mushroom chicken available, and it would take 15 minutes to make. As soon as I told her I did not mind, a look of regret spread across her face. After talking to what I can assume was the MOD, she then proceeded to tell us that they would not be able to fulfill that part of my order and ask if we would like a different selection.

I usually don’t go here but there was no panda near me so I went and I ordered chow min noodle with honey walnut shrimp, what I got was vegetable min. I paid freaking 9 something dollars jus to buy vegetables like where are the noodles. These people working here are so stingy. And they put a lot of soggy walnut shrimp which is more then 7 which every panda doesn’t. So they trinna sell the soggy shrimp so they put a lot of it in my bowl and vegetable under the shrimp. For reals there is 3 pieces of noodles. Y’all go find a different panda this panda is stingy and some worker are disrespectful.
