5/19/23 the two ladies working the front line was amazing customer service Amazing! Walked into the building and welcome to panda express was so load and clear very welcoming. I love it true customer service was given from the moment we entered the place until to walked out! So if you are looking for a great place great customer service this is definitely the place to stop by staff is amazing this will definitely be my new Panda Express!!! And all of this took place close to closing time. Just amazing

I got skimped on my order. Only got a single entree for the bigger plate. I understand missing the third by accident, but don’t your plates have two entrees? How do you even miss that? Just seems like someone got lazy and didn’t want to do it. Overall terrible service.

Love Panda Express, order delivery from here often; however, they always forget something. Last time we ordered, they forgot our Walnut Shrimp (which costs $4 extra). Tonight they gave us 2 veggie spring rolls instead of the large 12 piece we ordered and paid for. Worse, every time we try to call, no one answers the phone…poor customer service.

Today me and my husband went to Grand Prairie panda opposite Walmart..almost everything is empty so they put same item in two separate sections..and rice and overcook and absolutely burned..chowmein (noodle)is empty..but last last it’s was so good rice ..tats the reason we went thre today too..I insisted my husband..he was so mad ..jus trashed total food today..actually Iam surprised bcz alwys they good better options thre..but today is my bad day or not!!!!rice with teriyaki chicken..
