I came here because it’s one of my kids favorite places to eat. I don’t eat here often because items I’d like to order or try are often not available. The held true with this visit. There was a chicken item, marked as a healthier option and I was told 15 minutes. After my daughter and I ate the entree still hadn’t been added. I ordered half noodles and half fried rice. The rice was ok but my noodles were hard and dry. My chicken entre was the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast which looked better than it tasted. My daughter ordered the orange chicken and was happy.

As someone who works in the food industry i totally understand having those days, but the hospitality here is TERRIBLE. there has not been one time i’ve been here where i’ve felt welcomed. Most of the employees won’t look at you, don’t smile, and won’t say one word if they don’t have to. I like the food so it’s really disappointing that the employees make it so awkward to come in there.

I ordered a lunch plate with Beef Brocolli, Orange Chicken, and Fried Rice. The beef tasted very weird, like it had cleaning fluid on it? I spit out what was left. I think I got sick off of it, hopefully not food poisoning. The portion sizes were very skimpy compared to other locations like other reviewers pointed out. The organe chicken and fried rice was alright. I now remember why I stopped coming here.

Fresh food, clean atmosphere. The online ordering was fast and simple. They wait to fulfill your order until you arrive to pick it up so that it is super fresh. I recommend the orange chicken bowl with brown rice and a chicken egg roll.

For what it is, 5 stars. Ordered online directly through the Panda website, applied a digital coupon I had, and picked up the order within 10 minutes. Restaurant was clean and looked comfortable for dine in. Staff person who handed me the pickup order was friendly and on point.
