When it slow time don’t eat there. They well serve you old food that’s been out there for a long time. They try not to food waste cause if they do the manager well not any bonus on there pay check . Trust me . Only eat there when there’s a long line when you know it gonna be all fresh foods. Old bejing beef they served me. Meat is darker and dry and veggies are soggy .

I went through the drive through and ordered 1 plate. After driving a block away, had this feeling to check my food and for the third time my food was wrong after leaving. So I turned around, and went back. Walked in and told the guy who have me my food that it was the wrong order. He opens it up and say. “What’s wrong with it,so I handed him the receipt,he still couldn’t read the receipt. So I asked for the manager, she came over and said the same stupid thing. So I asked her to read the receipt, so instead of apologizing for mess up my order she gets and Attitude. So that will be my last time eat there and I will tell anybody who will listen. The Customer service is trash.

It’s a shame when you pay for an order and specifically request an egg roll. The. Have to wait for half of your entrees only to find out they didn’t ring you up for your egg roll then give the only one left at the time to someone else. Then asked me to wait again?!! Forget that. This location can get pretty busy sometimes, lunches and drive thru will have longer waits. Sometimes they have all items sometimes not. If they can work it as long term goal to overcome these small minor gaps this location would be 5 star. Staff is friendly and you can see they try their best with most of the staff. Keep up the great job and this location will continue to thrive!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews… But when they’re really bad experiences I just want to share it. This location served us overcooked old “super veggies”. And the portions were the worst that I’ve ever seen from a panda store. We went ay 7:45 pm … So it wasn’t like right before closing.

Used to be good. Food still is, but management has caused it to go down hill. They charge $10 for a large order of spring rolls and tell you that gets you 8 of them. It is only $1.95 for two. That’s less than a dollar a spring roll, but $10+ for just 8?? Even after paying they did not give me any of the spring rolls. How do you forget that large part of an order? They also tried to pass off sweet fire chicken as sweet and sour chicken! When showing them the set l sweet and sour next to the sweet fire the manager insisted that the sweet fire was the same as the sweet and sour. Look at the picture and decide for yourself.
