Food is meh, service is slow- even though the pick up timeframe on the website always quotes 10 minutes, it usually takes about 20-25 mins or longer. Also, this place has the WORST crab rangoon I have ever had. I can’t even describe the unusual taste, absolutely terrible. And the texture was completely soggy except for the tips. I am not entirely sure if what I ate was actually “food.”

Usually when the food is fresh it’s not a bad experience but today I went through the drive thru they said it would be a 10 min wait so I waited after 10 mins they brought out my food .. I basically received half of what I purchased and my food was not throughly cooked they gave me about 5 bites the string beans were hard and as you can see they didn’t even cut the onions

Good food..however avoid.going anytime close to their closing time…food not as fresh. Paid 15.00 for a small box of a premium item. Called to question because I had purchased this before and received a bigger box. Was told no manager on duty and that a manager would return the call..never happened. Bottom line is you have teenagers working who don’t give a sh*t about customer care or service..a do not return here for me.

The food is good but in the past year I have been 6 times and my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I no longer order broccoli beef at this location because they just give me flavorless broccoli without a shred of meat in the box. I usually give fast food second chances because mistakes happen but six times in a row? That’s pushing it.

Just sat in the drive thru for a half an hour watched them move like 2 vehicles through the line in that time. I was there well before close. I get up to order and they told me they were closed. Maybe next time move faster so you can take all of your customers that arrive before close. This was pure laziness

Love the food at Panda Express and this location is consistently delicious. Usually, service is fast and friendly. This time, I had to wait more than 10 minutes at the window. I would have been ok with that had the employees let me know that there would be a wait, but not a word. I still gave the location 4 stars because of all the other times I have received excellent service.

Avoid this location all together. The drive thru girl charged me the amount the person ahead of me was supposed to pay. Not sure how it happened but it was a lot more than mine. When she handed me the receipt I let her know she was super apologetic and I asked her if she could put the difference back on my card. Her and no one else at the store could put it back on my card so they called their general manager. Let me just say I feel sorry for the employees there he told me he’d give me a coupon for a free entree and I was like but that’s not even equivalent and I kind of just want my money he was like ok how about two coupons and I was like I meeeean I guess ?! I go back a couple weeks later to use it and he was there and told me I couldn’t use them at the same time. I was like whattt no one ever told me that and it’s basically the money owed to me. He gave me a hard time but ended up allowing me to use them both. I went back a third time some weeks later and he took my order at the drive thru and was so rude. He has no customer service skills and is so arrogant and condescending. Too much trouble for mediocre food. Just be aware of this guy and be prepared to have horrible customer service while he’s working.
