Noticed that more rice and less entree were put in the bowls. The crew are really hard workers. Orange chicken was great as always. Sesame Chicken is back, but slightly different. Green beans and yellow peppers with it and not as sweet. Still Good. Rest room clean. Price for 2 bowls and drinks was 29.

I went in to get 2 bigger plates of noodles and orange chicken. Upon entering the restaurant, the gentleman serving the drive-through repeatedly put his gloved hand on his nose and face. then he proceeded to handle more food, contaminating the food handles. I asked one worker if he could replace the contaminated handles, and he did so and brought new ones with his now dirty glove, I asked if someone else could help me and a second worker helped me, I preceeded ro explain the situation and asked if she could get clean handles and then serve my food. she did the same thing as the first one. now with dirty gloves , the kitchen was loud, so I had to raise my voice to a strong conversational tone, and this lady behind me said, “Could you lower your voice in a heated tone.” I said ma’am let me explain something to you it will take 2 seconds. ” she replied hateful and now yelling “don’t you disrespect me like this…”.( continued) about how I was being disrespectful to her now because I asked her for 2 seconds to explain that I was a Wartime service connected disabled veteran and I had partial hearing loss and that the kitchen was loud and I couldn’t hear very well. so much for human kindness, mother of 3 children and her husband. I turned to him in a calm manner and said ill explain this to you since she is being hysterical” then I asked the manager to help me so I explained the situation about snot on all the food serving handles she touches a handle says I’m here to help you I understand you. then proceeds to use a now dirty glove to get my food container …. I stopped her and said no I’m done trying.”I just wanted clean gloves to touch the clean food, serving handles and my food container. 3 times, and even after she confirmed, she knows how to serve with clean items. and still gets it contaminated. this is very disgusting to have that one drivethrough guy get is sweaty snot all over the place and not one single employee know that a glove touching dirty things gets everything else dirty too. Step 1: With dirty glove hands, grab all food handled you touched and remove from the line. Step 2: Go wash hands and change to clean gloves. Step 3: serves clean food with new clean handles and food containers. Simple as 1,2,3, you would think. the manager is in black attire. I wasn’t even that loud, barely above a conversational tone with the loud kitchen behind the serving line. the lady who yelled at me could be sued over emotional distress, discrimination of a person’s with disabilities, Audism, and bullying. I’m not that petty, but I’m just putting that knowledge out there, FYI. if she reads this later. please be more kind and patient.

Currently my favorite place to eat in Columbia. The Sweet Fire Chicken is my go-to, and the Chow Mein noodles are a must if you happen to find yourself lucky enough to be dining here. A modern and refreshing twist on traditional asian food.

Food was delicious as always. I was disappointed that they refused my 20% off in app coupon. There was an employee who took the time to talk to the manager for me, but the manager just hand wrote the exact same coupon with the expiration of 5/29/23 and told me I could use it next time. I live in KC. Couldn’t you just honor it this time?

I just got my food inside from Boonie who gave me my change (dollar bills & coins) with her gloves on. Like who knows where that’s been, AND SHE WENT BACK TO SERVING CUSTOMERS FOOD WITH THE SAME GLOVES, i about gaged. She also waited about ten minutes to serve me, and just wasn’t friendly. I tried to do feedback on their survey but it wouldn’t let me type out more than 2 sentences. I don’t like posting this stuff online because it’s usually just a small conversation to have.

They don’t have salt or pepper that you may use as a costumer.

You get what you pay for and it only cost $24 for two meals. Main dishes are good, sides were not great. Super friendly staff.

I asked to sample their orange chicken, I’ve visited other Panda Express locations and the orange chicken doesn’t always taste the same…. the manager on duty ( yes, I had to talk to a manager about getting a sample/tasting one of their entres) said they don’t give samples….due to “Covid”. So I asked, “..ok, so if I order & pay for the orange chicken and taste it before I leave ….and don’t like it, you’ll give me a refund/let me order something else?” Instead, the manager offered to give me a sample of orange Chicken to go with my order….so I could taste it and maybe order it next time. WHATS the DIFFERENCE? THE IDIOCY OF THE POLICY and IN- FLEXIBILITY of the Manager lost the store an order and future business. You’d think they’d try to keep customers and sales especiallyin this economic environment. Instead, I bought my dinner from their competition; ” QUICKWAY JAPANESE HIBACHI”.

Ordered 2 orders of appetizers through the drive thru last week. The total was $4.36. A few days later I was checking my online account, and there was a second charge for $22.12. I tried calling the restaurant but they never picked up. Instead I contacted corporate. It was not a positive experience. I asked them to reverse the charges. They refused and said I would need to go through my bank if I wanted my money back. I called my bank, and the bank said it’s normal policy for a restaurant to just reverse the charges. Instead of having my money back within a few days I will have to make a trip to the bank branch and wait several days while they file paperwork for the charge back. Plus I had to cancel my card. Bank gets five stars for their customer service. Panda Express one.
