We catered Panda Express from this location for our wedding! The venue was an hour away and the General Manager Peter was incredibly helpful! The wedding was 330 people and everyone was served and the food was great. Would definitely recommend!

The last time we went to Panda Express, we had an issue with our drive-thru order. I called the store and the manager offered to take care of the issue. Tonight, we picked up our food and everything was excellent! It was fresh, there was plenty of it, and that same manager was very kind and welcoming.

The food here is decent, especially for fast food. The customer service needs a LOT of work. They told me that one of the items I ordered would take 5 minutes for them to fill. OK, I can appreciate that they might get behind on some things. When I got to the window to pay, they happily took my money and told me to drive around and come back in 5 minutes. I asked them why, as there was no one behind me. The kid told me they HAVE to ask. I told him, ok, you asked. I’m staying put as there really truly was no one behind me. It’s pointless for me to drive around the building. He told me it’s because THEY get timed. I don’t care if they get timed, it’s not my issue if they don’t have the food ready in nothing flat. He started arguing with me so I asked for my money back. He went to get (I assume) a manager. Guess what! Someone came back almost immediately with my full order after, maybe, 30 seconds.

Got broccoli beef with one small scrap of beef. Went to ask for more beef, and I received 4 more small pieces the was told “for future reference, the broccoli beef is 90% broccoli”. I didn’t see that advertised anywhere and the picture seems to show more than 10% beef. Any, those extra 4 pieces of meat didn’t change the fact the food is still gross.

I got a family meal with Chow Mein. And they gave the scraps. They should not have served this. They should have thrown away and made new one. I didn’t find out until I drove home bc I got it through drive through. If I was ordering in person, I would have said that I’d like to have new one made.
