I just had mine and my gitlfriends best Panda Express meal here. It wasn’t just fresh, it was cooked to perfection. Seriously so good. I had orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. She had sesame chicken. It was seriously the best food experience I’ve had at Panda. Good work to that team!

2 time this week ordered through drive through and had to wait 20 minutes outside for food never again drive to blue springs store it will take just as long. Also after waiting 20 minutes when we got home gave us wrong order. WOW twice in one week. All the manager did the first time is ask me to do a survey. Please get your act together grain valley.

6 PM dinner rush and there was virtually no selection of food prepared with the explanation that the equipment wasn’t working correctly. Also watched a cook open and break down cardboard boxes, no gloves, and went right over and touched food without washing his hands. The food is always good, but there were done strikes this evening.

My kids went threw drive threw tonight to get dinner, the girl was very rude taking there order saying she couldn’t keep hearing them, my kids asked to talk to someone else and was told to bad, they go to the window and got food then left, they came home and there orders was wrong the plate was filled with rice and barley meat on one and the other was suppose to be double chicken and only one side was filed I called and asked to talk to a manager and got yelled at by a employee named GABE, we will not be going back for a while

Only giving it 2 because the orange chicken is decent, also was dry today. However as many times as I’ve tried this location I’m disappointed every time. The beef broccoli just isn’t as good as other locations (Blue springs), I don’t know why its so bad in GV. The broccoli today was basically raw and still super crunchy and the beef was extremely salty. The fried rice was dry. I did go through there at 9:00 p.m. but that shouldn’t be an excuse after spending $10 for an entree.

Hubby and I grabbed lunch today around 1pm on the way home from running errands. Went through the drive through and grabbed 2 plates & the whole process took approximately 2 minutes flat. So, no complaints there! Got home and while my food was good (white rice + double orange chicken,) his food (fried rice + mushroom chicken) was too salty. But hey, it’s fast food ♀️
