I have come here for years and they just changed the portions. Just wanted to let you know what you’re paying for. If you want to spend 8 dollars on a snack this place is for you. It’s an absolute waste of money if you expect a meal. I can’t believe they would raise prices then give you so much less. Absolutely horrible. Taking my services elsewhere, along with my family.

I don’t usually have a problem with this Panda Express, but this time, the rice was very dry and my egg roll wasn’t as warm as usual. But the orange chicken was good and they actually remembered the fortune cookie. The thing that makes me most unhappy right now is that, even though I spent over $13 on food and a drink, when I asked for a cup of water with no ice they gave me probably a kid’s size cup. It’s exactly half the size of the medium cup I got of root beer. They couldn’t have even given me a small? The cups aren’t even plastic.

Went in the drive theu ordered family meal they took my money and parked me. 12 mins later i went inside they forgot i was parked and had to rush to make the order.we got an extra order of chicken but missing a side. And I don’t think a single gle piece of chicken was fully cut. Like they tried to cut it blindfolded with the dull side of the knife

Ignored by staff, they walked past us 3/4x when we just needed a cup. Staff mumbled about us in their headset because we asked a question to verify ingredients, the argued between each other. Was ignored at the register for checkout. I’d understand this, had they not had a full staff.

Out of almost everything at 2:30. Which is fine coming out of lunch. My son ordered teriyaki chicken and they had to make more teriyaki sauce. Took 10 minutes. The sauce tasted more like a thick soy sauce. Not the sweetness that you’d get with teriyaki. My wife and I chose to wait 10 minutes for fresh orange chicken, bejing beef and honey walnut shrimp. And fried rice. The honey walnut shrimp had almost no honey taste. The orange chicken was NOT orange chicken. Very tart and garlicky. The manager tried it and spit it out. As I’m sitting here writing I’ve lost count on how many people have come in from the dinner thru and complained about orders not being right. One just came back in for a forth time. As well as customers that ordered inside waiting for their food only to return with issues. Im counting for people counting the manager on duty working. I hate giving this location 2 stars because I’ve never had a bad experience here. But in reading other recent reviews it seems that service and quality has really gone downhill over the last few months. I will return again at some point. But if the service is still the same as today my family and I will not return. I sincerely hope things improve here. Also 2 drivers from Grub hub have been waiting for over 10 min to get their orders picked up for their customers.

We just moved to Ofallon and finding our way around area. Came upon Panda Express on Mid Rivers Mall rd. Stopped had lunch and everything was great. All the food had wonderful taste, portions very good, Serving, cooking staff were all very friendly, helpful and great to see all staff smiling. Resturant was very clean, tables clean.

It’s Panda Express. You most likely know what you’re in for. This location is decent. Better than the Lake STL location. The staff is mostly friendly. Food is usually good. Time of day has a bearing on the quality of the food. Getting the specific item you want freshly cooked is a gamble. But when you are fortunate enough to get it hot it’s really delicious. If your stomach doesn’t welcome American/western “Asian” food with open arms, avoid this place. A trip to the restroom is assured otherwise.

I place an online order, pickup time was 20 minutes, when I get there food wasn’t ready they told me to wait at the front door I wait 25 minutes and they never got my order out. I when inside the store to ask for my order and they didn’t have the food ready, they told me to wait another 20 minutes I could not wait so I asked to change my order and they got mad at me.

Fantastic service in the drive through. The food was hot and delicious and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The line was long but it moved along quickly. I love how fresh everything is from Panda. Will definitely go back to this location.
