This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at any Panda Express! We are okay with waiting on our food to be cooked but when we receive the food the orange chicken was half cooked . I had 5 kids with me so I placed there trays so that they can start eating it took a minute to do so. As I sat and began eating after a few bites I noticed the meat was raw . I asked to speak with a manager and was told they had none on duty . I wish I could give -5 stars!! I will be uploading the pictures soon

The food was oilier than expected. The chicken in the kung pao and mushroom dishes were tough. The portions are the same as other locations. Service is slow as they are understaffed. If you’re craving Panda Express, the lower food quality and service is not too noticeable.

I would give it negative Stars if I could. For one their hours inconsistent because they’re supposed to be open till 11:00 to 7:00 but I feel like they just open and close whenever they feel like and being understaffed it’s an exception excuse. Yesterday I was in line for over 40 minutes while I was on my lunch break and this untitled little brat of a manager who didn’t like the fact that this lady was standing up to him and threw away all the food so she couldn’t have any and then made new food and she was being denied service even though she works at the mall as well. Then took the subject even farther and got security involved when he was in the wrong and wanted her removed from the food court

This location is giving Panda Express a bad name reputation and making people not want to eat here . I know other panda locations are good but this specific location is very bad . The food quality is very low . Every time I go here the food is sitting out and old . The only time the food is not old is when they cook it right in front of you which take 20 minutes or more to do so .

Let’s say DANA THAT WORKED AT ABOUT 1:40 pm yesterday Wednesday December 15 WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND IM NOT ONE TO THROW RACE IN TO THINGS BUT IM PRETTY SURE THAT WAS PART OF IT THE OTHER PART WAS JUST BLANKLY DISRESPECT I walked up to pick up order she looked me dead in my eyes and continued to converse with her coworker then read the order and confirmed I but still gave me wrong order just a bag of white rice that’s unacceptable and just worst customer service ever

I mean…it was okay. The staff is great, and always very friendly & professional. It’s the food. Now, sometimes the food is absolutely AMAZING, but the majority of the time it’s old, and man…you can tell it’s old. Half the orange chicken will be grey, and the other half will look normal. Granted, that’s how it is at most fast food/buffet-style places. There isn’t a lot of selection, either. It’s either chicken or shrimp for the most part.

UPDATE at bottom——-They make their food as needed. Its fresh every time and very good. They all smile and are very happy your there. I wish we had a panda express in the city because i love this place. The portions served are also great for the price. Great job.

Came from a long day for me and my kid. He wanted orange chicken. We fought to get here at 6:55. They close at 7. And they had already almost completely closed and cleaned up. Super disappointed. Went to chick fil a and they were open and happy to make our food. But you just had to be there to understand how important getting orange chicken was. And to make it there in time. And to be let down like that. Not awesome.
