Panda Express has really gone down in quality. Presentation of food is greasy and not fresh. I asked to try something and they said that samples were not offer because of COVID, which should of been a clue. I ordered anyways:(. The chow mein and rice was bland and tasteless. The spicy beef was bland and had too much pepper. Not good at all. Overall, I think the quality of food, service and even atmosphere has gone down in quality. I will avoid all Panda Express locations.

Ordered online and got there to find out that they didn’t even have it ready. Saw people come in and out with their food. I waited half an hour for two bowls. To make things worse I took a bite out of my food and pulled out this piece of plastic HORRIBLE SERVICE

We got this on a Friday night, ate half of the plate, had very bad sleep because of food. I thought my system is bad. Had the left over today Sunday night dinner and I found a plastic in the noodles. The plastic is from the bag they have the food supplies. I saw them opening a couple of plastic bags, one with cabbage and one with Chicken when we were there. Will have to talk to the authorities to figure out how to sue the location or the chain. We thought this location is better than the Creve Coeur one as they allow us inside to order food instead of spending time in the Drive through.

Incredibly slow. It takes one car 3-5 minutes to get through the line. So if you’re 5 cars back its going to take about 20 minutes. The food is also a hit or miss. Its not always hot and fresh. Today I waited 20ish minutes in their drivethru before being told to pull forward to wait for some fresh chicken. I was told it would be a 7 minute wait. I waited 10 minutes and still no one brought me my food. I decided to go in and had to wait through yet another line because of how their restaurant is setup. They’re setup to coral you in place. Their drive through doesn’t offer you an escape either or else I’m sure more people would leave. Food was still cold after that. Never again. Don’t recommend wasting your time.

Once again I go to get teriyaki chicken and they have none just like the one on Southampton for some reason they never have teriyaki chicken and they always have a different excuse The cook didn’t show up on time to make it but you can make all the other food so that excuse kind of concerned me and one day they said their truck didn’t arrive they didn’t get it it’s always a different excuse why they never have teriyaki chicken and believe me if they have teriyaki chicken it’s good they would have a five-star rating The problem is they can’t keep the best item on their menu. I think it’s probably harder to cook it takes more time and they’re just Don’t want to cook it which is disappointing I’m not even going to try to get it again I’m wasting my time setting in the drive-through to be told no every time I guess enough is enough.

They don’t keep up on there food and they definitely don’t know how to keep on thier food they should definitely not wait for food to run out and it takes over a hour to make is what I was told by Jen if you want fresh food definitely not rhe place because everything I have isn’t fresh I will not support a business like this anymore

They brought back the items that had gone away during the worst part of covid. I had missed the Beijing beef! I got the plate with fried rice and orange chicken and Beijing beef. It was delicious as always. Love the spicy mustard. Wish I could find a bottle of it for sandwiches and such. Decent service and speed.

This is a very good Panda Express. They have fresh food and go very quick with getting food to you. I’ve never had issues with the location. The staff is all friendly and Cat is awesome.

I ordered the plate with fried rice, teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken and the sizzling shrimp. The teriyaki chicken and mushroom were horrible. I was on my lunch and in a hurry. This was definitely not a good atmosphere today and chicken was hard. Mushroom chicken seem it was very old

I purchased a family meal. You get, Five large boxes, 3 entrees and 2 sides. It was enough for seconds. The drive through went pretty quick, they were polite while taking my order and payment. They put enough sauces and food in the family box. It should definitely come with 4 spring rolls or crab Rangoon for $35
