Literally the rudest people I’ve seen working at a restaurant. I ordered beef and broccoli and got one piece of beef. When I told them, they tried charging me for more beef! It was the weirdest situation I’ve ever experienced!

Just had the worst experience here. Waited a few minutes for a side to be ready which was absolutely fine. Put my order in and waited. Then my entree became unavailable, ok another 5min wait, annoyed yes but I’ll wait. It took almost 25mins for them to sort my order. I had to check in after about 15mins as the staff hadn’t given any update. I also confirmed my 3rd choice to be boxed, it went on the plate that sat on the counter for over 15mins getting cold while I waited for the entree to be ready. They weren’t busy at all so it was really disappointing.

Horrible and rude staff. Lady barely gave me any food and when asked tried to charge me for a couple of more dollars. Normally like Panda Express for a quick bite but avoid this one at all costs as they skimp on portions and frankly awful staff.

Being situated in a prime spot within the downtown, this place has one advantage. Still I don’t know why it hadn’t got very low stars. Yet I liked it. If you do like Chinese food and you are looking for lunch/dinner after work, I guess this is a good place. The other day I tried orange chicken, it was too sweet for me. This time I tried Kung Pao Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken with fried rice, they were also sweet, but a bit lesser. It was tasty no doubt. I can’t complain about the crowd because I didn’t face any, I was the only one ordering. They were almost closing, but they didn’t seem annoyed that I was ordering at the last moment. They carried the food outside for me. That’s a good point to note. I was happy, so 4 stars in the end is a good trade.

The cashiers are always nice, the cooks always move at a fast pace and they serve interesting dishes. They’re only downfall is the small portions they serve.

If the person who’s serving is Dalia, go to a different place to eat. She portions as if the food cost is coming out of her own pocket. For a 12$ meal, you get 6$ worth of food.

I was glad they had a plant based meat, I got the orange vegan chicken, but it was way too expensive compared to the meat options.
