Fast food place and busy inside and drive thru when I went. Staff having trouble keeping up. Probably 5 people ahead of me inside and then had to wait more because my favorite, Beijing Beef, dish was empty and more needed to be cooked. Worth the wait. Love the beef and their Orange Chicken with mixed vegetables which happened to be mostly broccoli this time.

I ordered panda bowls with brown rice. And 2 spring rolls. They said they didn’t have anymore brown rice so I asked for fried rice. Long wait later… they gave me the bag of food. I drove a way but pulled over to see if they had put the spring rolls in. No. So I got back in line. Long wait. Got to the window Sorry no spring rolls today. So you weren’t going to bother to tell me that? How about a refund then—got the refund. Oh. BTW. No plastic flatware or napkins in the bag either. They gave me the flatware. Drove to a parking spot. No fried rice. One entree had white rice. The other noodles! And the entree I ordered—sesame chicken—was not fresh—could hardly chew it. What’s going on? Years ago, this was a great place to get fast food. Not anymore.

Went for dinner late, so they were out of shrimp and a few other dishes.

Over the last few years, this location has gone downhill. The place looks like it is falling apart, smells like a bathroom inside, drive-thru menu is rusting, falling apart and hard to communicate through. There seems to always be a problem with the soft drink machine. Slow service even when there are no customers. I hope that they can turn it around, but no one from my family wants to go there anymore. Other locations in the area are fine, this one is a no.

Good, hot, and consistent. Beijing beef is my favorite. Fried rice lacks seasoning and has no crispy bits, which kind of defeats the purpose of fried rice. For the most commonly ordered side, I wish they could make it a little more flavorful – has green onion, carrot, peas, and egg.

When I came to this location on my break (it’s near my job) they told me wait 5 mins for my food to be ready and they had me waiting for 15 minutes…. Wasted my time, didn’t even get to eat. Also the noodles were so dry and disgusting.

i wanted a nice and cold coke but unfortunately the fountain drink machine and ice maker is broken all the drinks just taste like soda water, they have a tray with ice but the machine doesn’t work, service was fast and food was good.

My daughter loves their chow mein and orange chicken. We were surprised to find almost no noodles and all veggies in our chow main. Very disappointed for this service.

I usually have had great service here but today ordered to bigger plates delivery one plate was missing the 2 sweet fire chicken for it. Called twice no answer. It seems a lot of delivery orders are missed up not just here but in the area. I’m just taking it at a loss I guess since no one answers smh
