Staff is dry. I don’t even think he was speaking just moving hi ls mouth and looking at me. One person cooking. Management didn’t do a great job staffing for Sunday June 4th there was only about three things made and rice. All popular items were out and a wait with one cook. The manager disappeared after awhile. I went back and the guy was nice enough to acknowledge I was there earlier and gave me a discount so I did appreciate that. Still needs a new manager or help with scheduling staff

Service and food would be a 5 if you did not wait so long to get food and portions were consistent. When they get busy you definitely get diminished portions. Happened to me twice in the past month.

Good food but kinda pricy for the amount of food you get. More like sit down fancy restaurant type prices and amount of food. The better items are an additional $1.25 even though you don’t get a lot. For 2 people it usually runs $36+ with a drink.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash, bigger plate, orange chicken and grilled chicken with chili sauce, delivery lady said Doordarshan gave her wrong address and she said if you want your order faster give me 5 bucks I was hungry and I said ok come over, she placed my order and left i gave her 5 bucks, and I opened my order it was for someone else not for me.

Zero Stars would be out preferred choice but it’s not an option. To Go order placed and paid for. All orders were poorly cooked or over cooked. Next time we will definitely stop in Orland or Mokena and not ever in Matteson it is now 3rd time, three strikes were out.

Probably the worst Panda Express in the area the girl making the food is very rude always has an attitude with all customers and the manager is even worse depending on if she’s taken her meds or not honestly the whole store needs to be fired and start from scratch completely unprofessional location I hope corporate looks into this location

I placed an order for 7:45 PM when I arrived at 7:50 PM to pick it up my order still was not ready. I finally got my order at 8:15 PM. I got home and there was no utensils in the bag when I specifically wanted utensils so I’m not very happy with this Panda Express

This establishment stops cooking fresh food about 1.5hr before closing. So if you go late you’ll get overcooked, dry food (scraps). And will only have about 2 meats to choose from. Also they were out of soy sauce. BAD MANAGEMENT.
