I had a hair in my food. I had already thrown out the receipt but sent a picture of my food and the bag and emailed their customer service team. They provided no help just asked for the receipt when I already stated to them I no longer had it. So now I’ll post it here so people can be aware of possible long hairs in their food. Super gross will not return to this location.

The noodles side dish was so dry I asked for any sauce to put over it .the man told I don’t have any soy or teriyaki…he was lying…every single table was filthy including booth/ chairs… I had to go to the ladies room for soap and water. Two orders and they were both horrible I want my money back or a credit for two new freshly-made orders not old stuff sitting in those old dirty trays and stop dumping new food onto the old food that had been laying around . I paid full price for 3 meals, only to find out when I got home one of the means was missing in entree. Called immediately and talked to the manager and she told me that she would take care of my meal the next time I got there and to give her my name and phone number. Guess what, when I got there she act like we never talked about this. So needless to say we paid full price for 2 meals and got 3 pieces of beef for the Angus entree and whole onions. I will post pictures on Yelp. 2 strikes they are out. I am also contacting corporate. Horrible.

Last three time I visited, I received chow mein with a burned taste, like it got stuck to the wok and cooked that way. Horrible taste. Also, they are stingy with their meat portions. Location is dirty, staff is rude. I will be avoiding this location.

I went out to celebrate with my daughter and found a nose ring in my food. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care refused to give me my refund until the police came. The manager called the police on me. I order a plate and today they put few orange chicken pieces and chowmein compare to other locations they put more chicken and chowmein and I been here in this location and I never seen my plate with so little orange chicken and chowmein. I ate my entire plate which have 1 side and 2 entrees, normally I get full with a plate, this time I didn’t get full. Bad employees and the cashier always talks so fast , is hard to understand what he’s saying. Cashier always in a hurry , they just want to get you out of there. All the garbage cans in all sides were all the way to the top full of garbage, I had to push hard down to be able to fit in my plates. Terrible experience in Hoffman States Panda. I been here before I never seen it like today which was very uncomfortable experience.

Place is clean and staff was friendly, only 3 stars because as a human with a carnivorous stomach I really wish I got more meat with my order. Came here a few times and I feel like the meals are skimpy with the meat. That’s my only complaint really.
