They give me a lot of portions and it is so yummy and fresh! I accidentally spilled my drink and they were so helpful. This panda express has multiple entrances as well as many places to sit and enjoy eating inside the restaurant. They are very quick and very helpful. If you don’t know what to get. They also offer some yummy sides like crab Rangoon‘s, which I love.

This is my first time ever posting a google review but after my experience last night I can’t pass it up. I don’t remember the ladies name, but I think she must have been a manager, but her customer service was top notch. I arrived 15 min before closing expecting to get the last of what was left. Instead, it was busy and they were still cooking fresh food. Everyone was so patient and she kept the line moving even though people were waiting for something that was still being cooked. All of the employees were friendly and kind even with knowing they would probably be leaving late. The food was also delicious!

This was my first and last time coming to this location! Vanesa L was very rude like if you don’t want to be there apply elsewhere. I asked Vanesa for more Soy sauce packets and she had a very nasty attitude about it like she’s the one who purchase the soy sauce. Guess what Vanesa if the customers don’t come back you don’t get paid then eventually your out of a job, so learn how to keep your customers happy. More gratitude less attitude hunny!!!

To call this place Panda “Express” is an oxymoron. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Took 25 minutes to get order. Was ignored most of the time I was there. Customers who arrived long after I was there got their food long before me. Communication was terrible.

The manager, Laurali, was extremely unprofessional and rude to one of her employees for offering me to wait for fresh chow mein. She began yelling at the employee and screaming “get away from me” as the young lady tried to tell her to stop. As I got my food from the manager, she proceeded to apologize for the “rude crazy bi@ch” to which I told her that was unnecessary. This isn’t the first time this manager has been out of line as I dined in. This manager must be properly trained in leadership behavior and regularly monitored. Absolutely unacceptable.
