If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most ridiculous Panda Express location I have EVER been too. My delivery order was supposed to be ready at 12:15PM. I ORDERED it at 12:00PM. didn’t receive my order till 12:26PM. I complain to the manager that it’s unprofessional that they’re so behind. He has the audacity to say. “You should’ve gone to a different store”. I go to this store because it’s the closest location to me from where my job is. The manager was rude and unprofessional. To sum it all my food was cold and I wasn’t provided with any utensils. When I had asked for them when ordering online.

I was in this panda express today (monday) at about 5:30 pm when I arrived at the register the employee returning my change to me threw it towards my hand throwing some of it in between the register and the shelving and pretended he didn’t hear it clanging off the metal shelving. Totally rude and inconsiderate. Step up manager your employee has an issue, he appears to be calling out for help.. Black lightskinned young man with horn rimmed glasses..

this location has some good workers and some not so good workers. I can’t even tell you the best time to go as my experience is 50/50. The food isn’t always ready and when it is… it doesn’t look the freshest. If you like gambling or you’re in the area; stop in out of convenience and see what you get.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but then u wouldn’t be able to make you laugh with this review. We ventured in this evening for a quick bite. We had a great experience, the service was swift and friendly. More importantly, the food was hot and fresh! So we get all the way home and preparing to eat, low and behold, there aren’t any forks or napkins

I ordered the angus steak entree. But received the Wok-seared steak and shrimp entree. When I called them to get a refund, they said no but that I could drive back up to the location and get the right entree. My drive is 15 minutes away. I cannot drive all the way back there for one entree. I should have been able to get a refund.

Got a bowl and the server only filled it half way. Every other time I have gone to other Panda Express locations, the bowl was completely filled. Very slow service, took 20 minutes to place my order with only 4 people ahead of me. Won’t return to this location.

Placed a pick up order for 2:02. I come in and they tell me it was going to be a 15 minute wait for my food. Then after 15 minutes it became another 5 minutes. I didn’t end up getting my food till 2:32.
