This panda on HARLEM&CERMAK ish is good but they need to cook the rice well again like they used to it’s too sticky and it’s in balls like knots it needs to be separated it’s rice also the chicken seemed ok but looked like it needed a bit more time on the skillet I know it gets busy but it’s food and it needs attention and delicacy. At times they do have attitudes but over all food always good until now but needs work

Extremely long wait! Iv tried to give this location a few try’s and always the same thing, takes 15 minutes minimum to get some one to take your order in the drive through for them to tell you it will be another 10 minute wait for food to be ready! Customer service is careless and unprofessional when assisting in orders.

The lady’s working today were just rude. On top of majority of the food not being ready. When asked how long the food will take we were told “not long” with an attitude. 10 minutes later we got out food with lesser then friendly portions. My daughters meal had 6 PCs of orange chicken.. honestly ridiculous while looking around everyone else’s page is filled to the brim.

They are in a hurry to close maybe the company should give them more hours to close. I was toll they were not making anymore food because they had already had spray the flat top . All they had was chow mai , rice and orange chicken. I walk in at 849pm I understand that the lobby close at 9 pm and the drive tru at 930 so that mean there is no food to sale pass 9pm. I wonder if they have time frame they need to be clock out. This location away never have many options pass 830 pm and only sometime they will make some of the items that they don’t have. It take what they have or walk out with nothing or go to the restaurant next door. So there giving ther business to the ones next door
