This is a brand new location. I arrived at noon. Parking lot was full, I had to wait to get a spot. Inside I was surprised that there was only one customer in line in front of me. Plenty of open tables for sitting. The Food. As a frequent Panda Express customer I have become accustomed to generous servings. This time the portions were a bit on the smallish side. They were out of one item and asked if I still wanted it. I was told it would be 3 to 4 minutes. I accepted paid, got a table, filled my drink, sat and started eating. I had almost finished before the dish arrived. Way way longer than 4 minutes. The new dish was nice and hot. The original was only warm.

Went to Huntley location for the first time a few weeks ago for a to-go bowl of brown rice and chicken. The menu says 2 sides but all I was given was a bowl full of rice and a sm scoop of chicken. 2nd time I went I ordered the same thing. I asked if I cld do 1/2 & 1/2 of sides and was told no. The amt of chicken they put on top is not enough to feed a bird. I basically got a bowl of rice. Got home and the rice nearly chipped my teeth it was so hard. I called and asked to speak to Mgr to let them know it was either old or undercooked; figured the kids working there wldnt care. The person who answered said the Mgr was busy (of course) so I let her know abt the rice-that it was inedible. She said ok, thanks for letting us know-we’ll throw that rice out and make a new batch..no apology, no offer to exchange my order, no offer of refund.

I don’t understand why this restaurant is open until 9 and they close their inside ordering 30 mins prior and turn off their “grills” and won’t make more food. This happens every time we go there. They are always out of something.
