Food was very good. Just very surprised that they don’t have the sweet-and-sour sauce anymore. It’s just not the same getting it in little packets. Plus we ordered teriyaki chicken and they were all out of teriyaki sauce. Kind of disappointing.

Panda in general is good. This location however was a bit disappointing. The dishes were out and when ready the dishes were undercooked, vegetables were raw. The rice was dry. Tables were not clean. Outside trash bin was overflowing. A bit disappointing since it was only moderately busy.

I came to the drive through today and I ordered a coke, when I got to the window they told me they didn’t offer any which I was ok with I understand simple mistakes. When I got my food and new drink they didn’t give me a straw or utensils! So I wanted at the window for at LEAST 5 minutes to be ignored by all the employees they were laughing and on their phones!! I had to pull back into the drive through speaker for them to give me my stuff! This isn’t the 1st time the haven’t given me my spoon! The fact that I was sitting at the window and waving and they ignored me I was in disbelief! Rude employees!

Food has lost something over the years. They changed the rice recipe and not for the better. Past couple of times I have been in there, the egg rolls were black from being over fried. Orange and teriyaki chicken still tastes good. They need to focus better on service. Mobile and pick up orders get preference over dine in. Last time I was there, there was a line out the door and the person working the counter for dine in was also responsible for filling the big serving bowls. No sooner did they swap the fried rice and the person filling containers for mobile orders took all the fried rice making an even longer wait for dine in customers.

Ordered on the Panda Express app as I usually do. It said my order would be ready at 7:55, when I arrived it was 7:50 so I parked in the parking lot and waited, at 7:54 I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. I went to the drive-thru where there was one truck ahead of me ordering. When I got to the speaker I said I had received a text that my pick up order was ready and gave my name, after a minute she asked me to repeat my name which I did, she then said it would be about 5 minutes until my order was ready, I again said that I received a text and I wouldn’t have gotten in line otherwise, she very rudely said just pull up and by the time you get to the window it’ll be ready. So I did. Still behind the one truck who was at the window, I sat until 8:08, yes 13 minutes in the drive-thru after being notified that my order was ready. By then several cars were behind me, she opened the window and stuck out her arm with a bag that was double tied and a sticker across the knot. I tried to feel through it quickly to make sure everything was there but I didn’t want to tie up the line any longer so I left. Getting home only to find half of my order, none of the sauces and cold food. Seems the food they bagged had been sitting for a while so I’m wondering why they said it wasn’t ready. Or maybe it was that the person ahead wasn’t ready, to which I can’t understand why you wouldn’t have them pull forward to wait. Now I am splitting one meal between myself and a 12 year old because I won’t be driving back to have my order fixed after a very long day at work. Please do better or hire people who care enough to do better. I understand that mistakes are made but it was the rudeness that made it the worst.

Worst fast food I’ve had in years. They’ve noticeably reduced the size of their containers so you’re definitely paying more for less. Noodles were dry and tasteless, and just tiny chunks of gristly chicken in the kung pao. Not worth the $$$.

Worst Panda Express experience so far. I placed an online order and went to pick it up after 30 min and order was still not ready. I was told to wait 20 more min before order would be ready. When I asked to cancel the order I was told I’ll have to wait 15 min because they are busy or I can call later in the day to see if they can cancel my order. They will not call me back to cancel the order. And as soon as left the store they marked the order complete in there system so they can claim they completed the order.
