I did an online order. They don’t pay attention to the incoming online orders. I get there and am in a hurry, and they have no clue about my order. Then they have the nerve to tell me they can’t give me a refund. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait. Called the credit card company and they refunded my money. Panda will never ever see another penny of my money, and I will tell everyone I can about this experience.

I am giving a one star for this particular location. I absolutely love the PE chicken teriyaki and for the first time ever it was purely UNenjoyable. The amount of fat and the lack of flavor made me want to spit out my food. The service was just as bad.

I love this panda , I’ve been to other pandas around the area and decided to stop by today and it was nothing compared to this one. Customer service is amazing and the food was hot and amazing ! Definitely the best kung-pao and best chao main!

This is for today Saturday, March 4th. About 6pm we ordered our order was supposed to be ready by 6 15. Husband waited 15 more, not only was he told to wait more for his sides, when in fact it was all the food. The audacity to serve others before him? Ooof. On top of that his plate was wrong gave them the wrong entrée & doubled it too. He had ordered shrimp not steak .. sad. And we live 30 mins away just for this. The food is fire that’s why it’s 3 ⭐⭐⭐ but pay attention
