If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgrace of a Panda Express. Walked in around lunch and I was met by an extremely rude and disrespectful lady. Ordered my bowl and asked how long for fresh orange chicken because the stuff there looked old and she got extremely upset when I said I would wait the 10 min she said it would take to cook it. She threw my bowl back in the rice cooker, and walked away huffing and puffing. She was wearing a black uniform so I presume she was a manager. What an example your setting for your team. I filed a complaint with corporate.

Carol, your absolutely right same thing just happened to me tonight. Too lazy to make any more food. The lady couldn’t make anymore food.. So me and 5 other people behind me walked out. I used to Love panda. Thanks to this team it’s one of the worst places to get food in Crystal lake.. Something needs to change.

Been here several times. We get there at 7pm on a Wednesday. I asked for 2 entree plate and wanted broccoli/ cabbage and teriyaki chicken. Both were near empty and the guy said we’re closing soon and was told I had to make other choices. I didn’t challenge or complain but just took his word for it, I thought maybe the hours changed I chose and paid for what I DIDN’T want! I looked at the hours afterwards and see closing time wasn’t until 9:00. The guy was lazy and lied bc as I refilled my drink I could see he was forced to have them make more food bc ppl were still coming in. Just very disappointed and feel gypped.

A lot of items that we usually get were not available. But giving them tye benefit of the doubt because it was 20 minutes before closing. Otherwise great place and really nice ti eat at after a shopping day on rt 14

This used to be my go-to for fast Chinese food. Something changed a while ago. The fried rice is bland and sometimes burnt. Chow mein is super greasy and full cabbage.

Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I ate here twice. First time I ordered angus steak. I literally got one piece of meat and they up charge you for it. Second time the rice was burnt and rock hard steak overcooked and the chicken panda uses is of the lowest quality I don’t know how it is approved for human consumption. Don’t waste your money.

I dunno – reading these reviews, I feel like this place saw us coming and made special effort just for us. The food was fresh and hot and plentiful. I had enough shrimp, enough chicken, and more than enough food. I noticed that the people serving in the front line watched the level of food in each pan, then told the cooks what was coming up for refill. They cooked it just in time for a refill, put it on the line. Also noticed that when the cooks walked away, there were alarms set all over the kitchen area to monitor temperature and timing and summon the cook when something needed attention. The shrimp in the shrimp with honey and walnuts was 100% perfectly cooked. We thought the food was delicious, better than many eat-in Chinese places in the area. Wayyyyy better. Selection excellent. Service pretty quick and efficient. Price points? A real value. I’d go again anytime.

Chow me in was okay at best. Not very flavorful but it wasn’t greasy. So that’s good. That’s about where it ends. Broccoli beef had essentially RAW broccoli. Wasn’t even warm. Mushroom chicken had three pieces of chicken. Orange chicken was disgusting and made with processed chicken. Literally chicken nuggets covered in a sauce that was bitter and no orange flavor. Will not order again. And all for 30 bucks. Huge rip off for bad food.
