If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD. My experience at this exact Panda Express was HORRENDOUS. The service was honestly worse than any other restaurant i’ve ever been to. The gentleman serving me hinted towards me being in poverty. AND GET THIS he didn’t even charge me OR my companion drinks. Also the fried rice was plain BTW.

First time panda express customer while the food was good the portion size was not. I ordered the bigger plate, and for some reason they only gave me 2 entree and 1 side of rice. They did not fill up the container much either. I was pretty starving that’s why I ordered the larger plate. If your just going to rip customers off I’m not going to be back. Looking at other reviews it seems unsized portions and conveniently trying to give less food seems to be a common practice here.

Was good for being a chain, fast food, Chinese restaurant. This location is usually clean despite being quite busy. I will say one time I was in and an employee got a bloody nose.. instead of leaving the food area to tend to it I watched him many times just keep replacing the tissue and continuing about his business. I mean, it happens..but I think it could have been dealt with away from where all the food is being served..not to mention there was pretty much a lack of hand hygiene between each Kleenex exchange. Otherwise, food is always hot and of expected standard for this type of dining establishment.

First of all, put this review in the context of a fast food/cafeteria style restaurant. The food was good – tasty and hadn’t been sitting around for long. I don’t care for their fried rice – it’s more like regular rice with a few veggies added and some food coloring added. It’s very soft and pale. Service was slow and seemed inattentive. Atmosphere was average for the type of place. This restaurant met our expectations and I will go there again if I need a fast fix of Chinese food!

Food was good. Had to ask for our fortune cookies that time . Pop machine wasn’t dispensing ice and the sodas were not fizzy. They did offer us bottled pop when my husband complained. Place wasn’t clean, hard to find a table. We did arrive a bit after dinner time.

Every time I come to this location it’s nothing but issues. My food is wrong or I’m always missing something and the employees always have an attitude and when you ask them for sauces they act like it’s coming out of their personal paychecks. I just don’t understand where the attitude is coming from because all I did was ask for sauce. This place is terrible, I usually drive further to another location because this one sucks but today I had to come here and they still suck.

The worst customer service in Fargo! The order taker today could not get one thing right on our order! She was rude and was not listening to what we wanted. The food was also terrible!! It was not even close to fresh. We went there at 530 pm so early dinner time, so food should have been freshly made. Chalk it up to lazy staff I guess!

Everytime I go to Fargo I usually try to stop here and pick up something for the next days meal. I like the convience but the drive thru gets to be a wait especially if you go around 11-1 and 4:45-7:20. I am not sure if you are allowed to eat inside since they are still following lockdown guidelines. I continue to go here despite a lack of consistency with the food Temperature, overall taste, and even if they have the entire you are craving. Unfortunately, there are a few favs that despite being on the menu are not actually able to be served due to delivery shipments etc. That was news to me since I thought good was fresh and actually prepared from scratch minus a bag of cut broccoli or carrots. This last visit sealed my fate with them and my family and I will not be patronizing the business.
