I ordered a very large takeout order via the Panda Express website for 20 people. The food was made on time and packaged very nicely. Everything was excellent! The staff at this store (41st/empire) was very welcoming, and the manager was friendly and professional. Thank you for a really great party meal!

Really enjoy trying to order while the guy behind the counter ignores me and talks to his buddy on the microphone instead. Ordered greens and got laughter and jokes and exaggerated ridicule from the cook while our food sat on the counter for ten minutes getting cold. What a great experience these guys are SUPER stoked to work here and really have fun at work… usually I don’t do reviews just not worth the time but I really wanted to emphasize the quality of service at this wonderful location.

Never want to make more even 2hrs before close. No access to Chopsticks or soy sauce or hot sauce. Most of the time food is old unless it’s crazy busy and then it’s too crazy in there and bad service. Otherwise staff just sits around and won’t make more food

First off, the place is dirty. Wash your hands after you enter.grime and filth across counters and doors. No good ready during peak traffic time and only one person cooking, customer service was NON existent. And two workers decided to laugh at a customer ahead of us who was visibly upset they didn’t have anything ready, in every experience I’ve had with this franchise in Sioux Falls I can say confidently that they are failing to follow up to brand standards

The service at this location is awful. I’ve left the last two times without food and won’t be back. The first time the doors were still locked 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open. The last time I was in line for about 15 minutes, and only one of the 2 families in front of me got some of their order ready (they were still waiting on 1 item to be restocked before they finished). Then the one person who was doing the orders walked off to the back.
