Me and my wife went into the restaurant at 7pm to get dinner and the workers were already cleaning the kitchen. Now they don’t close until 9pm but they were more worried about cleaning than having food on the line . They ran out of fried rice and we told them we wanted some. They said it would be 5 minutes. One of the workers yelled out can someone make some more fried rice but no one stopped what they were doing to make some more. We had to wait 10 minutes for some fried rice. Unacceptable!! Then to top it off the workers all had attitudes because we were in there to get dinner.

They messed up the order 3 different times before actually leaving the store. When we got into the car we decided to check the receipt and food again. They over charged us. Went back inside to get it fixed and they told me they dont do refunds! So i didn’t receive the extra food that they charged me for nor would they give me my money back. Good luck keeping customer’s with that type of service. Would not recommend at all!

I like eating at panda. I love orange chicken and fried rice. With Won’ton’s I like to put sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce 9n everything. Well almost??!!

It was better than cooking at home, but: service was a droning repetition of “I’m so tired…” paired with no welcoming or eye contact, OMG super dry chow mein noodles, and a constantly beeping of their alarm for a door that was propped open. I also would NEVER visit this location in the evening. We’ll definitely be visiting another Panda Express for the foreseeable future.

Showed up before 12 and ordered our food only half of the options were present on the hot table. They said it would be a few minutes and we have been waiting for a half an hour while one meal and the apps were sitting in a bag for the rest of the food to be made. Why have one meal and appetizers sit when the others aren’t ready or give a realistic time frame on how long it would take.

Went to grab a quick order for my wife and the employee asked me if I wanted to do a donation. My total came up at $11.35. I said to round it up to $12.00 even. I just checked on my bank account and she charged me a whole another $12.00 added on with the $11.35. I clearly said round it up to $12.00 even but I guess she didn’t understand the point. The honey walnut shrimp that I ordered , tasted like 5 hours old. No crisp , no flavor.

Too spendy for not enough food. My chicken was hard and not cooked very well. Like balls of tough chicken fat. My rice was clumpy. My wonton were almost empty. Small sweet and sour cups.

If you want onions and Cole ask for the chow mein. This place used to have good quality but it’s gone downhill. One of the servers just doesn’t care. Gonna have to drive further away to another branch instead. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we’re coming at this location.

Super disappointed. I ordered beef and broccoli and only got 1 piece of beef where as other locations usually get at least 5 or 6. Panda Express y’all need to get your self together.
