This location does not take care with cross contamination. After getting a decent way through a chicken bowl with fried rice, we discovered a piece of shrimp, which both my wife and I are allergic to. Could have made for a very bad night and trip to the hospital.

Chow mein is very dry, and orange chicken batter is undercooked. The workers here are no help whatsoever over the phone. Lied to me and sent me to customer service phone line when the store itself could fix the issue, as stated by customer service line.

Update March 28, 23: stopped by today to get two bowls – noodles and walnut shrimp. The man put in a tiny amount of noodles and 6 shrimp for both. Considering how much this item costs now, you would expect to receive a decent amount of food, but not the case. When I inquired about this, the staff seemed annoyed. Shrimp was salty. Also, there was hardly any honey or walnuts in my honey walnut shrimp. I got only 2 walnut pieces and the shrimp was just covered in some super salty batter. Overall, I will never be returning here and I recommend you all take your business elsewhere or to a different panda location.

The worst panda express location I’ve been to. The fried rice had no flavor to it. The orange chicken was soggy. The broccoli in the beef and broccoli was so hard it didn’t taste like it was cooked. Never will I return to this location
