They don’t even deserve 1 star. I just paid over $10 for a plate of white rice and grilled Teriyaki chicken and the chicken was completely raw! Disgusting! The person working cut this up & still chose to serve it this way! Don’t waste your time or money!!

I just ordered there today and for the second time they forgot my egg rolls. I have had some really good experiences here but every time they forget something or miss something it makes it hard for me to come back. I hope the employees realize that they need to make sure the pay attention to what a customer is ordering and make sure everything is in the bag.

Service was bad. We stood there where you order for over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then a few more minutes before she asked for order. The portions were about 1/2 the amount I get at other pandas. The fried rice was horrible. Crunchy and full of like rice balls all stuck together. The chicken was tasteless and burnt. Waist of money. Got to the store at 8:10, keep in mind they don’t close till 9, and a family of 10 was in front of us. They virtually took most of the food that was made, leaving little behind them. I asked if they would be making anything else as there was nothing left, just to be told no. I guess if you don’t want to make money for your business, this is the best way. It was truly disappointing.
