I went through the drive though today and placed my order. Drove right up to the window and was gathering my money. The server kept repeating how much my order was and I said yes I am getting it. As I was handing him my money he dropped all but a $5 bill. He looked at me and threw his hands up. He said you are going to have to come in mam and pay for your meal. I said are you serious? And he said yes it took you a long time to get your money and now look there are three cars behind you. He went back inside, I got out of my car to grab my money and I left. I will never go back there again. He deserves a negative five for sure.

Each staff member serves different quantities for the same order. We ordered 3 kids meals and 2 bowls…2 kids meals were served appropriately and 1 was literally half compared to the remaining 2. The 2 bowls were actually as small as the kids meals. When we told the cashier that the quantity being served is not accurate he just laughed and didn’t care. If I could give a negative star I would give this place -5. Ridiculous on the whole. Never stopping at this location.

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Came for my pick up order that was suppose to be ready at 7pm still sitting here waiting at 7:20 along with 3 other people waiting for pick up orders. Nobody will tell us when our food will be ready or what we’re waiting on. If I thought any of them were competent enough to refund my money, I’d walk out.

I’d give it NEGATIVE stars if I could. I ordered a bowl, and one entree, well the normal one that comes with was empty, so I got a different one, they upcharge it. So because they are our, I should have to pay extra. HaHa

Were told they had no white rice and weren’t making more. The next drive through order we watched them scoop out white rice. 90% of the entrees were empty and we got an eye roll and a sigh when we asked for something that was out the ONLY options were orange chicken, honey sesame chicken, and beijing beef. Disappointing.

Wow, what a RUDE employee! I went to the drive through and wanted to look at the menu for a second and ask my kids what they wanted before placing my order, but the employee was being so pushy and impatient, and after like 30 seconds, he was like, “You’ve been out there like a minute now. You’re going to need to come in if you want to look at the menu.” Really? I’ve NEVER had anyone that impatient and rude at a drive through before. Apparently you can’t look at the menu at all and need to know instantly what you want, even though there was no one waiting behind me. I was so upset by the emplpyees rudeness that I just left, so I can’t say how the food was. This is my first time leaving a Google review, so that’s saying something. He totally ruined my night. Beware of customer service here. They lost a potential customer for good.

I frequently order from this panda and have had great experiences and mostly ok food. The last few times the food, and staff have been horrible. Most recently, I ordered and immediately paid for a Family meal. Blaise, (the employee who took my order) then filled 2 boxes of chow mein, and one orange chicken., then put the 2 other empty boxes to the side. The big orange chicken bowl under the heat lamps was still 3/4 full. He then informed me there would be a 20 minute wait, because the cook was on break. I informed him I had an appointment and was unable to wait and requested a refund. He told me “they don’t do refunds”. I asked if they could at least give me fresh food if I had to wait 20 more minutes and Grace told me “it was fresh when we put it in there” in a totally rude condescending tone. In the past they would offer a soda and be polite about a wait, but not this group of employees. I waited out the 25 minutes, then was given the same old gummy chicken that was under the heat lamps the whole time. Got home no surprise chow mein cold, orange chicken gross. What a waste!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES how to treat customers!!!
