Chicken was plentiful and juicy. There was no Teriyaki sauce or napkins in the bag. I would have preferred the napkin/fork combo (maybe they were out). Stated there would be a wait for super greens, I agreed to wait. Got to the window and they had “enough super greens.” Surprisely there was way more chicken than super greens (I wanted a double order over rice).

Placed a $30 DoorDash order that came from here. Who sends out dry food without sauces, this one does. Food tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan and it was cold; I will never order Panda Express delivery ever again!

Lady with the scarf covering her head took it upon herself to drive the order from the restaurant to the customer even though they ordered it via DoorDash. Took 20 minutes to relay the message that she had taken it herself had me sitting around the store.

Just ordered 2 meals both with teriyaki chicken neither of the meals had teriyaki sauce on them it was just dry chicken! I called and spoke with the manager Sophia she stated I can drive all the way back there and get the sause but I was already home abt 5 miles away! I’m not eatting this chicken like this I told her and asked if I could get a credit for a future visit and she said no not for just sause! Wow its not “just sause” it’s im not eatting this dry chicken!!

Definitely ordered Beijing Beef. Definitely was given orange chicken. Called to have this fixed and they want me to drive back to the store, on Friday, to get a refund. Why should I be inconvenienced twice for a mistake that was not mine? Totally ridiculous.
