It’s often a problem getting grilled teriyaki chicken without having to wait 20 minutes or more, but worse is getting the teryaki sauce packets that should be standard issue when one orders the grilled teriyaki chicken. I often have to ask for it and the way staff reacts feels like management must put restraints on giving it out. Tonight, was the rare instance when they had the chicken, and while placing the order, the worker asked if I wanted teriyaki sauce. I replied “yes.” When we got the order there were many soy sauce and sweet sour sauce packets (which we didn’t even ask for or use), but once again NO teriyaki sauce. When I asked the worker from some she grabbed 2 and seemed mildly annoyed by my request as she handed them to me. It’s like the sauce cost comes out of their paycheck. Do better! Getting asked for donations each time is a bit much too (just so Panda Express gets a tax break), but I often say yes as it goes to UICH. If my kid didn’t love Panda’s teriyaki chicken, I’d likely never order food from this location.

Disrespectful employees – didn’t tell us our total at the drive through, mumbled the entire time while also talking to people while on the intercom instead of taking order. Got up to the window they still didn’t tell us our total, think they overcharged, got 2 bowls (smallest size)2 drinks and paid $23 plus change? and when we got our change back it was crumpled up (see picture) and they just dropped the change in her hand; making it fall on the pavement and in the car as well. We usually never have an issue here.

This particular location has been such a rollercoaster ride. Right now it’s at a low point again where even though I love Panda we avoid going here because we know something will be majorly wrong.

Service would be a zero and the fact they were out of most dishes including the rice and chow mein made for a long weight but the food was good when I finally got it.

The food is fine if you are willing to wait over 20 minutes. Time after time, I come to this Panda express, and I am told there will be about a 10 minute wait. Just came in at noon, and there was a 5 minute wait on fried rice. Then, when the fried rice was ready, there was a 15-20 minute wait on the two different entree options I was interested in. Unfortunately, I will no long give this fast food restaurant my money and 20 minutes of my time.

I swear that every time I go to Panda Express, the prices increase and the portions decrease. I paid $9 for pound of rice and like 3oz of actual food. And I even waited for fresh string bean chicken, only to get over cooked chicken and soggy beans.

They said that we waited at parking lot for 10 minutes for the food!! But we have to wait for 30 minutes and not even an apology!! Other people got their food faster than us, though they come after us

The employees there were really rude and I ask for chow main for my order I got fried rice what If I was allergic to rice and I have been trying to call them no answer very disappointing

Healthy veggies in each plate if that is what you are looking for, even if it is fast food.

It was good. First time eating there. I wasn’t wowed but maybe it’s more meant to be “fast food”? I will try it again.
