One of my fav places. And i go to this location all the time. However im very disappointed and weirded out because my cream cheese ragoons tasted burnt. And weird. And i looked at it and they had black crusty unknown stuff all in them. i cant get the taste out my mouth yuckkkkkkk

I am updating my review because I am beyond infuriated and embarrassed with this location as it has been getting worse and worse. The staff did not have the courtesy to answer the phone nor come to the door to tell us that they are doing drive-thru pickups only, I called about 6 times only to be sent to the voice mail the whole time while I was outside the front door. I work at the meijer right next to Panda Express and I wasted an entire hour of my shift just trying to get food for what should have been a 15 minute break, 20 minutes of that was wasted waiting outside in the bitter cold while trying to get the attention of the staff only to be ignored until one of the staff members finally looked at us and did a driving hand motion and then look away while others glanced at us from working but didn’t have the courtesy to address us or come to the door and tell us why their lobby was closed, my car was parked on the east side of the Meijer building and to go get my car and get in line wasted my time even more.

ALWAYS TERRIBLE. We’ve given them too many chances and have finally called it quits, every time we go, they have the absolute worst customer service and they ALWAYS mess up our order. We pay extra to get the Walnut Shrimp and they ALWAYYYSSS give us the orange chicken instead, which doesn’t cost extra. The manager, or lack there of couldn’t be more inconvenienced and doesn’t care what so ever, and NEVER offers a solution.

I love Panda Express! It has become my first choice when I think about take out. The food is delicious and the staff is so kind. Remember though to ask for the sauce you want (soy sauce or sweet/sour) sometimes they won’t put any unless you ask. But I love it, they have a variety of options to choose from and all taste like delicious authentic Chinese/Asian food.

Order confirmation at 6:19, estimated pick up time 6:25, actual pick up time (if you disobey the sign that says wait in line for pickup) 6:38. They got one person on the line, I don’t blame the workers, but the management is doing a terrible job. Staff more people for goodness sake, if you don’t have more people, pay more or go under.

Google says they close at 9:00 pm on a Friday. They apparently close at 8:00 pm. My family of 3 walked in at 7:41 and they had almost no entree options to choose from. I settled on fried rice and mushroom chicken for myself. I watched the worker pull out a food scale, weigh our bowls, and then the worker opened up my container, scoop under my chicken with the fried rice spoon, and put some of my rice back in the main pot of rice. (If you’re vegetarian this is a cross contamination issue.) Also, why would they do this? You’re closing in a few minutes. Does it matter that someone got an extra 30 cents worth of rice? Do they re-use the rice the next day? This was our first experience eating at this location and it will probably be our last. I have never had this experience with the 28th street or Grandville location.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE TO COMPLETE $HIT SINCE.COVID AND IT’S OBVIOUS WHEN YOU SEE ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS HERE!!!!! Went through drive through (because they close the lobby and force you to go through the drive through) about 25 mins before close. Ordered orange chicken, fried rice and crab racoon. The only item that was warm and slightly fresh was the rice. Orange chicken and crab ragoons were room temperature and disgusting like they had been sitting out too long. Called and spoke to manager DONNIE 2 days later (He should be fired btw) He apologized BUT then called me a liar because he said he was there the night I came through and everything was fresh! Thanked him for calling me a liar and ended the conversation! Shame on Panda for employing someone who calls customers liars!!! There is absolutely NO customer service ANYWHERE anymore! They allow employees to talk to and treat customers anyway they want because they NEED workers so bad!!! Unbelievable the way you’re treated now days.. I didn’t spend my hard earned money at your establishment just to be called a liar and be disrespected!

So my dad wanted to get panda express because he wanted to try the sizzling shrimp.. Now, I’ve only had food from here once before, many years ago, and I wasn’t keen on it then.. Can I just tell y’all how surprised I wasn’t to rediscover how nasty their food is!! We got the plates with a side and 2 entrees.. I got the chow mein, and the world famous orange chicken and beef and broccoli.. My dad got the fried rice, shrimp and the steak.. We also got a couple egg rolls.. First off let me start with the Sprite he brought me; was nothing but nasty carbonated dirty sock water..
