Always a great place for dinner! Double orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, can’t go wrong!

So very disappointed. Ordered 3 meals. 2 sesame and one orange chicken. They only have veggie rice. No chicken fried rice. The portions are so small compared to every other Chinese food restaurant I have been to. Not to mention it’s all spicy,! Why is my orange chicken and sesame chicken spicy?? Rice was dry and very bland I will not be returning. Very very sad about this experience.

It’s 7:45 pm. I wanted teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. They only had orange chicken. So I asked the young lady why can’t you cook anymore food that is advertised on the menu. Her disgusting attitude was, because this is all we have, is what you see. Hell you don’t close until 9pm. Panda Express YA’LL NEED TO DO ALOT BETTER. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE ONES THAT KEEP YOU OPEN. BE KIND TO ALL CUSTOMERS.

I called in and spoke to Amber at the store because the mushroom and chicken isn’t on pandas website. She advised me to add a note to swap out the orange chicken for the mushroom and chicken. Once i received my order it was not correct yet when I called back some dude answered, he never gave his name, that kept saying to call doordash (even tho I didn’t order through doordash). I have tried calling the store back 5 times and they are not answering the phone.

Apparently when you get a large entree and pay 11.20 for it. This is what you get. A half filled entree and that was said by the manager

Ordered two entrees and egg rolls at this location. They claimed they were out of white rice. One entree came without sauce and there were no egg rolls. drove back and waited in line to ask if I could have the rest of my order. The employee that gave me the remainder of my order was very rude. I understand accidents happen but being rude to a customer is not okay in a business. Portions were very small and food was so dry and bland that we couldn’t finish it. We Will not be returning.

They are one of the few fast food restaurants that has decent vegetables by swapping rice for super Greens. However, they never have super greens ready and you have to wait 5 to 15 minutes depending on when you go
