Staff was nice, great variety of options. Longer waits in drive thru, for faster service go inside to order. All dishes are clearly marked, some have a higher price mark up and they say up front. The labels also tell you if something is spicy. There are options for vegetarian meat, the impossible chicken dish.

Hello All, just had a visit to Great Lakes Mall and wanted to try the food at Panda Express since my niece raves about it! The line was long, service was slow & they over charged me! When I asked for a refund everyone tried to explain the over charge but NOT refund my money so I left with the food and a nice guy offered to buy the food and reimburse me because he said he totally understood my complaint which was very valid….so in the end I got my refund but if YOU want to be taken advantage of with the way prices are going up then go but if you value your money and a restaurant that stands behind their prices(reflected)and VALUE customers service I strongly suggest YOU DO NOT go to the Panda Express in Great Lakes!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. After waiting in line for ten minutes we finally were able to order (drive through only) and we were told it was cook to order only with 15-20 minute wait time. We agreed to wait and ordered our food. After waiting almost 20 minutes we finally received our order, the bag was knotted tight and there were several cars waiting to leave behind us so I did not open the bag to check what was inside the boxes was accurate- as the receipt taped on stated the correct items. We arrived home to find that there were two completely wrong orders. For waiting that long and a taped on order list it is absolutely ridiculous that the order was so wrong. Do better.

They straight up gave me real chicken even though I ordered vegan chicken through door dash. Do not trust this place. I didn’t even notice this was the one in Great Lakes Mall, and if I did – I wouldn’t have ordered it because a month ago I went there in person and they had real chicken in a serving bowl with vegetables labeled as vegan chicken. Just don’t order vegan here. They offered me store credit and lied to me about it being real chicken. Door dash refunded my order in full.

First off the customer service was great. Both ladies were polite and accommodating. Having said that the chow mein had a burnt flavor that was really off-putting so neither my girl or I ate it. That was disappointing. But the orange chicken was tasty.
