At the food court at the mall. Ordered honey walnut shrimp and they were making it fresh as I waited. The crew was very nice and apologized for the wait but I didn’t mind as they were so nice about it. Very clean space to dine in.

Best food out at the mall actually, orange chicken is always a good thing and then there’s beef broccoli. The wait staff are exceptional they do a really good job of making sure the food gets cooked properly and people get waited on. We will always come back!

So this was an interesting experience I needed lunch fast so I went to their website to order delivery. mistakenly the order went in as a carry-out I got a text message saying that it was ready for pickup so I called and asked them to switch it to delivery. Manger said they would cancel my original order throughout my food and refund me but I would have to reorder as a delivery . I changed my mind about what I wanted so I ordered something a little bit different when my order got to me I realized what they had done they gave me the food from 2 hours earlier charged me twice for it and never refunded me.

Made a door dash order at 6:20 then at 7:30 order was canceled cause they closed. Why take a order of you are closing . So now hour later trying to find something else to door dash . That’s was sorry of the store to make the dasher and me wait this long .

Ordered thru the app, waited for 17 minutes as per the app time, went in to get the food. Waited 20 plus minutes and they still didn’t have the order ready. They were filling orders for walk up customers but not the online orders. Everyone was confused, filling boxes with rice but no entrées. Finally just canceled the order. This issue needs to be fixed and fixed quick.

I usually enjoy the Panda Express in the Tippecanoe Mall but this experience was terrible the person who served me was completely rude and didn’t have any respect for customers and what they are asking them to do… she walked up to the front counter and asked me what I would like to eat in and continue to tell me that she was not talking to me in a very rude way so I will come back but I hope by the time I come back that this woman is fired.

The service here is usually fairly quick, and online ordering almost always works well. The problem is that in the past 2 years of ordering from this location, the extra instructions on the receipt have never been followed. See below where we requested no silverware and no cookies yet received them anyways, and we requested sweet and sour sauce but did not receive any. It seems like at some point if they aren’t going to utilize any extra instructions, why not just remove that option from the ordering platform.

I normally don’t post reviews, but here I am. I’ve never liked panda my whole life. I’m a big texture person who can’t stand the texture of their actual chicken. I saw they came out with the Beyond Orange Chicken. This was great for me because it is vegan. The texture was amazing and is the only thing I would get from there when my family ordered. They have now taken it off the menu. I have recommended the Beyond orange chicken to so many people. It is 2023 and taking vegan options off the menu is crazy. This has lost my business and others who can’t stand the texture of their actual chicken.
