Then heard another employee in the back ground complaining and he took to the phone saying I got mine and was very rude said I ate it and just wanted free food. Their food is disgusting, I ate here one time & about 6-7 hours later I’m pretty sure I had food poisoning, I was super sick. They also have horrible customer service, especially the one manager who got caught sucking her co-worker in kohl’s parking lot after telling her boyfriend she had to work late. 0/10 don’t recommend unless you want the manger special with the luke sauce

This place is loaded with idiots. I come to order inside at 7:30 pm . The doors are locked. Customers inside eating so if a fire breaks out or robbery happens. They’re trapped. People ordered online and can’t get their food. The employees just standing there looking out the window like a freaking owl not explaining what’s the issue. The customers are ar the door trying to do their job. People at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting. You got to walk to the drive thru if you have a vehicle that can’t fit but they still dragged their feet. Must be McDonald’s rejects in there

Ordered take-out and when I arrived at the store, the doors were locked. Sign said dining room closed at 9. I got there at 8:53. My pick-up time was 8:50 and I couldn’t get in. Tried to go thru the drive-thru, but no ones on the headset. Someone leaves through the front door so I go in to get my food and staff start complaining about people still being able to come through the doors. ??? I just want my food?? Get my food, it’s like 80% rice barely any meat. No sauce, no napkins, which I notated in my order. Just an overall really poor experience. Don’t recommend going close to close.

Food is great, service is good now and they have a friendly staff. Things have changed alot since covid with staffing issues but this place is trying, please be patient with them. Sometimes I see only 2 or 3 people running the whole place but they get it done, so cut them some slack. Thanks for reading my reviews and enjoy your meal.

We ordered in the drive thru, and the line was incredibly long, we waited for almost 20 minutes. They repeated our order back at the speaker which was nice, and when we pulled up to window almost everything was present and correct. However, the girl working the window, Renee, was very distracted and barely paid any attention to us. She was talking and laughing with the other workers and didn’t say two words to us. We had asked for extra teriyaki at the speaker and didn’t get any, so we asked again at the window and also for some sweet and sour sauce. She gave us the teriyaki, and then blindly grabbed another sauce (not sweet and sour, but the plum sauce pictured) to hand us. We knew the sweet and sour usually comes in a cup but we didn’t question it when she handed us packets instead. We were very upset to to be blown off and to have incorrect service because of it.

Ok, I love panda but this location just isn’t it. I also never do reviews because I just don’t take time out of my day to do so but i’m tired of coming here and having a bad experience. The first few times I let it slide but is it normal to have a huge piece of cabbage in the lo-mein? like seriously it’s more cabbage then lo-mein always.

Employees were outside smoking, they had me wait 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker to order, once I get to the window they tell me they are cooking the orange chicken. I get home to realize my chicken is burnt and chewy and the rice is undercooked and hard. Lost my business.
