It’s been a few decades since I’ve last visited a Panda Express location since the mall days. I didn’t have a great experience then, so I was blown out of the water when I visited this location recently. It was clean, service was great, staff was energetic and efficient, and the gal who clearly seemed like the shift lead/assistant manager had offered me the option to eat freshly cooked beef or the old batch. Furthermore, I overheard the shift lead/assistant manager complement one of the staff on how well they prepared the chicken. I’m now a fan of the Panda. Thank you!

I got the Orange Chicken and Grilled Teriyaki chicken, which were quite tasty. The fried rice just wasn’t good at all. Very bland tasting with very little egg or vegetables in it.

Online it states that this specific panda is open until 1030 in the drive-through and after driving from New Castle just specifically to get an order I called once I got to McGalliard to place my order I had a time as possible and was told that they close at 9:30 and that they are never open until 1030 not even in the drive-through that apparently they close at nine throughout the week and 9:30 in the drive-through and then on Friday and Saturday. She said they’re not even open until 1030 on those days either. What a disappointment, considering almost all store hours that are posted on Google aren’t usually wrong but nowadays it seems that there are so many kids running the Silletti’s that they put in twos when they want to open close which is so frustrating!!! no I sure wouldn’t have driven all the way over here if I didn’t know that they were going to be close already it would be great for the hours to be updated to showing the correct hours of the drive-through or the inside to the south being open. That way other customers don’t waste their expensive gas and time just to be told that that’s exactly what it was was a week because the hours online are not correct.

I went into Panda Express after being hospitalized for the entire day and I was starving so I decided some chicken and rice was perfect. I went in and met John, John gave me the best experience ever. We love John and his energy. He was running the place. If he’s not the manager… he should be. Purrr.

Mario rocks!!! We went in Friday night and he was very gracious and helpful! We were waiting for the magical orange chicken to be made and he made our wait much more enjoyable! He was very patient with us, too. Nicest Panda Express employee ever! Great food, too! Love their Panda Cares program where we were able to donate to Riley’s Children Hospital.
