Terrible experience yet again. Previous visit took well over 30 minutes to prepare and get to me. The employee working at the time even acknowledged the long wait time and gave me 2 free entree coupons as compensation. Today I went to try and redeem said coupons only to have senior employee working act as if I had stolen the coupons and would only let me use one because the expiration date (which I saw crossed out by the employee who gave it to me) wasn’t valid. Seems this location has really gone down hill. I suggest visiting a standalone restaurant if you really want it. I definitely won’t be returning here again.

Ordered a catering for my workplace, absolutely wonderful experience. Food was amazing and service was above and beyond. General Manager exhibited top tier customer service, even when our requests were a bit difficult to accomplish in a short amount of time. Our experience was so amazing, we will be back for our next office event.

One time around a month ago we came here 7:30; kitchen was closed even though closing time was 8:00. Fast forward to today: Honey walnut shrimp: none. Everything else was also lacking and we had to wait 3 minutes for orange chicken. The rice was reminiscent of school lunch rice; flavorless and large grain. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had at a panda express location.

Just ordered a family meal for delivery and spent $60. It was just left outside on the porch…no knock to alert us or anything. That’s ok. We were missing one of the entrees (orange chicken) No big deal, right?

Great place to stop and get some good orange chicken! I’ve been to many Panda Express’ in the past few years and this one lives up to all my expectations plus some. The workers were gery nice and helpful and even complimented me on what I was wearing. 10/10 would come again.

Not only was the cashier today rude after ignoring me when she asked me a question about my order and I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me and went to the next customer and end up charging me the wrong price and got frantic about it like it was my fault I ask you to repeat yourself before charging my card and you ignored me any way and gave me the wrong food lose the attitude treat everyone regardless of race size gender the same do better
