Very disappointed in my visit here last week. I went in around 1130am they did t have much out to chose from. The girl who was helping wasn’t smiling, didn’t know much. 2 customers after me left because she told them they were out of chow mein and something else. I paid over $5 for a tiny little box of something I didn’t even want. I won’t be back anytime soon!!

Food is great as usual but employees need some training. One employee removed someone’s Orange Chicken from plate into the tray and same time dropped and mixed other meat. And then I got some of that mixed meat feom Orange chicken. This is unacceptable to mix. If I ask for Orange chicken the I want orange chicken and not Beef mixed wuth Orange chicken

I’ve been here several times. Unfortunately, the months have been bad for them. I ordered on door dash and I waited a half an hour while the staff dealt with customers in line that ordered AFTER I placed my order. It took a half an hour to get food I ordered. The food was ok, but wasn’t worth the $$. I suspect it’s a bad place to work because they pay 15+ an hour but the staff seems miserable. The workers seem over worked and moody. On top of that, I tried to leave feedback for the issues I have but the receipt is ripped to hell. So I can’t. No store number or anything. I will be going back to sake Asian Fusion.

I went to this location tonight, and the guy working behind the counter, taking orders was incredibly rude. He verbally attacked a lady, accusing her of staring at him, which was not true at all. I was standing nearby, heard the exchange, and was incredibly disgusted at how unprofessional this person was. The lady he accused was very kind, even apologized, trying to diffuse the situation, even though she had done nothing wrong. She was treated very badly by this guy, who clearly needs customer service training. Panda Express should not have people like this representing their store! There’s no excuse for his disgusting behavior! He deserves zero stars, and his nastiness reflects on this location!

Just really wondering why Panda is so weird about sweet and sour sauce. They have egg rolls, spring rolls, and Rangoon. They have sweet and sour sauce. But for some reason they NEVER give you any with your order and act super surprised/inconvenienced when I ask for some? Panda please quit being greedy about sweet and sour. Whatever you do don’t do business here I placed an online order with the little money I have left I have an entire cast on my dominate arm and fresh out of the hospital so I can’t cook to feed my brother and my toddler. It’s been Over a hour since I placed my order I call them and I speak with a manager and I’m trying to get her to help me figure something out so I can get what I paid for and all she keeps say is ok ok ok like I’m just intruding on her precious day. She was rude and disrespectful and just wasn’t even trying to help me. I got so frustrated I just canceled my order.
