I’ll be real I have absolutely no idea what kind of experience I will get here. This place is struggling more often than not, and I feel for them bc their turnover seems high. Lines and generally pretty long and food is good most of the time but if you want a fast meal, this isn’t the panda for you. Their workers seem to be doing their best tho, so I think the place is just mismanagement or no one wants to work a not fun job for low wages.

This particular night was very busy for some reason & although there was a wait, the staff handled everything in a very professional manner. Our food was great… fresh and so delicious. Definitely not disappointed about choosing to eat there.

I just ordered a fried rice (undercooked rice), string bean chicken (had 5 beans) and a Kung Pao (had 3 pieces of onion, 1 piece of pepper). My meal is a gross amount of chicken and rice that’s chewy, waste of money.

Do not bother ordering online ahead of time unless you want to wait half an hour for you food. I ordered online for pickup and was told it would be ready at 7:10. At exactly 7:10 I was notified my order was ready. I left the restaurant at 7:45.. WHAT IS THIS???? There was no line, no crowd, nothing that could’ve possibly held back my order by 35 minutes. I’ve been coming here for years and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, I am met with poor customer service. This time was definitely my last straw and I’m sad to say I will not be coming back.

Service this day was so poor!! I asked for the young lady how I wanted my serving and she rolls her eyes and gave me some lame excuse. In these financial hardship days Reviews are Golden. Ive brought my Team of 9 Engineers here for lunch but today we’re choose the Texas Roadhouse. Franchises can’t trust their livelihood in the hands of children. Today nothing is ready with 30min wait.
