They do not know how to prioritize orders here. I did online pick up and still had to wait an additional 35 minutes until I could even do anything about it. They knew I was there and notified me of the one item that was out. I understand continuing to serve the people who come in but they can also wait. It’s absurd that by the time they got to my order, which mind you, 3 other people who had came after me for pick up with the same item I was originally waiting for, they were out of two of my other items on my order. I didn’t want to wait longer so I just got what was left that I could actually eat. It’s absolutely outrageous and they need a better system to organize and prioritize. I appreciate Bella trying to make amends by offering another entree but there’s nothing left at that rate besides barely the super greens. I’d be left waiting yet again. That was a kind but ineffective resolution.

Great place, decent service, and good food. This place has Dine In, which was neat and well-maintained, which is a mile away from downtown and a lot of other stores around with free parking available. One of the good Panda express locations out there.

So question if the place closes at 930 why is there no choice after 905 pm like they closed down by 830pm what kinda business is this. I did get anything because they only had two things to pick from. So this one closes at 830 unless they happen to have what you like left over is it suppose to be like that or is this standard practice

Walked in right after they opened and they were filing online orders. We had to wait until all those orders were filled. Filling the online orders created a longer wait time for us because they had to refill everything. Yolanda had horrible customer service she was rude from the very beginning.

Ordered online and they didn’t give us grilled chicken teriyaki or for the beef and broccoli it was only broccoli no meat. Husband calls up the store and they told us to come in they will make it right by replacing it and upgrading one of the plates. Went in and get told they can’t do that and had my husband pay more money to get one of our sides. Very terrible service and lie about making it right. Don’t go to this location!
