So we got Panda Express at 5381 Cornerstone N Blvd off Wilmington Pike in Dayton, Ohio for dinner and my husband just found what looks like a MAGGOT on one of his mushrooms!!! When I called, the manager wanted to replace the meal Uhhhh no we will never be eating there again. If you decide to eat there, make sure you check your food!!!! #disgusting #pandaexpress

Today was my 1st time at Panda Express. My first impression was it was too loud for me to ask questions. Because the selection of entries had run out we didn’t have many choices. The service was not friendly no one was happy. Food was good not great. In the future this would no be my first choice. The passion fruit unsweetened ice tea was the best.

I ordered double portion of the shrimp. Did not receive it. Even with my receipt. He would not give me my extra shrimp and wanted me to pay extra. Completely terrible service. Not only did I pay my hard earned money but I had my parent with me, a disabled veteran. More customers would go if the service was better . At least be professional and respectful, give the customers what they paid for. I wish the general manager or owner of the store was there to monitor this type of behavior. So very sad because the food is good but I will not be returning and I will be telling family and friends not to get food from this location.

Food is fast food Chinese so it is what it is good for what I wanted it to be. The service when I popped in after work was SO GOOD. Stephanie is incredible at their job, and Hahn running the register was so nice. Stephanie was truly a bright spot of my day and we interacted for like thirty seconds. That’s a heck of a good impression.

We sat in the drive thru close to 30 min. About half that time was spent looking through the window at our food just out of reach, behind the doors without any interaction with an employee. I love Panda Express, but after that experience I’m never coming back.

Everytime I go to this store the manager makes sure my portions are small and my friend with me always get a normal portion.I think she give smaller portions to larger people. You be the judge.I called them out on it today. I feel this manager doesn’t like me so she short changes me. Bad service and always out of food.

I drove 30 minutes to get panda express because we don’t have one where i live… and i had the worst customer service experience of my life. i tried using my military id which has always been accepted and every other time i’ve been to panda express. the general manager of the store was working the drive through and basically accused me of having a fake military id, which to me is really strange because this location is 10 minutes away from an air force base. she told me im not allowed to get military discount because my dad isn’t alive anymore and can’t come with me. i’m freshly out of highschool and i lost my dad two years ago in a service related accident. she told me she’d give it to me this time but i wouldn’t be allowed in the future. i think it’s horrible that the leadership of this location treats veterans and their families like this. i wasn’t going to leave a review but i still haven’t gotten a refund from her superior. Will never visit this place ever again in the future. the general manager should be fired, clearly other people have horrible experiences with her in the other reviews.

Food wasn’t ready when quoted then when we got our 35.00 family meal the teriyaki chicken wasn’t barely cooked, was slimy and mostly fat and gristle had to drive an hour home and recook it just to eat it. We got the teriyaki chicken, chow mein and white rice. Was very disappointed

My bf went to the drive thru for me I was on the phone heard him order me a orange chicken and white rice panda bowl and the reciept says orange ckn as well! When he got home its Def Kung pow chicken! I knew something was wrong when he said their were vegetables in my dish. It wasn’t right but was going to eat anyway. My mouth is on ! I even added teriyaki sauce I had in the fridge to cool it down and still too hot! Just super annoying I can’t even eat my lunch… I am a breastfeeding momma so was pretty excited to get some take out guess I got tricked instead of treated this Halloween Good thing I don’t have a peanut allergy!
